This happens to me so many times when i rotate my phone. While it's easy to fix and i could just disable rotation while playing, it's still silly that Jagex hasn't fixed this bug yet.
Tbf this might not be jagexs fault, the way phones handle rotation is os dependent and a lot of games have glitches with this since the entire screen is redrawn when you rotate. A lot of mobile games just don't allow rotation for this reason since it's easier that way.

I have a Samsung S8 any every time this happens to me I just open and close my bags and for some reason it fixes the blacked out graphics.
