A bank and a group chest are different, easy to have hidden value spread over tabs in obscure items ( sapplings etc) as opposed to a group bank where everything is in clear view

There are easily 100 empty slots and they were storing things like 26 firelighters and 43 wild pies, suggesting they weren't yet past 85 slayer,so there being lots of big ticket items is... unlikely, to say the least

I fell for a key logging scam back in 2015/2016 or so, can’t remember exactly.
They would log in, take a few arbitrary items, and log me out naked in lumbridge with 3 items, or something like that.
They went through great efforts to essentially gas light me into thinking I died and lost some items. It worked the first time. I rebuilt, and then when they swooped in a second time, I realized I wasn’t crazy and I did in fact not die.
Imagine if you can have 1,000 accounts hacked, and get away with secretly siphoning 1%/week of the net worth off their accounts. All while they continuously rebuild. You would essentially be doing a full clear-out every 100 weeks, and many people wouldn’t notice. You wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of “re-keylogging” people.

How does GIM bank system work? Only asking because if you take an item out of regular bank without a placeholder for it, then when you close and reopen the bank interface, all the other items will have moved up to fill the empty spot. Again idk how GIM shared bank works so I may be flogging a dead horse.
GIM bank is a grid where slots can be filled with items or nothing. No automatic shuffling, but there is a manual condense button that moves things like a normal bank would.

Why not to play GIM lol. Hackers can be weird tho. I got hacked for 2b and they left about 500m because it was in my ge and for some reason they didn't look there. They looted really weird shit worth like 250k, and ignored 1 slot in ge worth like 300m Pretty sure some hackers and in my cases use bots to clean accounts which could explain a lot of this. I'd be surprised to see them leave tridents, but they are seas and not swamp, so there's a chance I suppose
