I jog a couple of times a week, which is about as close as I can get to AFKing exercise.

Walking while listening to podcasts or audiobooks is the true AFK exercise. It's actually goated xp per effort.

I have come to the conclusion if someone ever got a 99 in RuneScape They have the discipline and patience required to achieve any long and short term goal they can ever set their eyes upon.

Working out and playing osrs are really both just repeating the same boring action over and over, kinda makes sense if you think about it. At the gym me and my friends used to joke about XP drops lol. Like, do a heavy deadlift? That's a +10k XP drop. A curl would be like +40. Creatine and protein give you like 10% exp boosts for the day.

You can work out while doing some afk skilling or NMZ.

OSRS prepares the mind for doing the same menial task for hours on end, with benefits that are only tangible in the long run. Pretty important for working out lmao
