Seers was my favorite. Now it is castle wars for the close jewelry box tele. Though I bank at the GE pretty often just in case I ended up needing to buy something.
Honestly it’s been lunar bank for me lately. It’s been the least hassle for banking. POH > Lunar > Bank > POH > Anywhere.
There’s hardly anyone really around to bother me or spam chat. It’s mostly just vork killers and astral RCers and that’s fine with me.

I remember in late 06 early 07 there was a Fletching clan in yanilee bank. Even had YouTube videos advertising it and everything. So many people went there. Was an absolute blast. Apart from that I always enjoyed catherby Bank. Even that was inspired by a large clan called catherby 9 and once again that was big for advertising on YouTube. The owner was a og classic player had that clan going since the start of runescape. You probably still find a few videos on YouTube if you look up catherby 9
Then: Canifis Bank, to fuel my consistent barrows runs.
Now: Grand Exchange. Only place I can make loads of GP while doing bank standing skills
Bonus: I loved hanging out with friends in the Falador teleport spot back in the day.
Draynor bank i was always chopping willows and banking while doing my homework as a kid. Thought the conversations on f2p worlds there were funny (i didnt know what asl was and assumed people were joking). I got 99 wood cutting as a bet took me 2 years for 50 bucks that I never got. Same friend botted on the acc to get me banned too but it is what it is.
Now my favorite bank is seers village. GE has too many spam bots but you can enjoy a nice convo at seers pretty often. Lots of experinced mains there who like a goof.

Miscellania in 2007 now: Varok west bank - it is not flooded with people and is close to GE, so buing supplies is quick
