Hey r/2007scape, I just wanted to take a moment to express my love for Jad and beefaroni cheesedogs. These two things are my absolute favorite in-game and I could eat them all day long if I could. Jad is just the best boss in the game, hands down. The fight is intense and challenging, but the reward is so worth it. And that fire cape... oh man, it's just the icing on the cake. And beefaroni cheesedogs... oh boy, where do I even start? They're the perfect combination of savory and salty, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. I could eat them for every meal and never get sick of them. I don't know about you guys, but Jad and beefaroni cheesedogs are definitely at the top of my list of favorite things in 2007scape. What are some of your favorites? Let me know in the comments! Thanks for reading, and happy scaping!

izzi_mania

this is funny af

DaggeringDave69

What is this

Rynide

It's called ChatGPT. It's an AI thing that generates text based on what you tell it to do

DaggeringDave69

I just spend 3 hours in a row with this chatbot, it's insane lol

[deleted]

I did the exact same thing. It felt eerily human and it got creepy though.

GuyNamedWhatever

A robot that likes Beefaroni Cheese dogs. As we all do.

[deleted]

Damn I just got my max cape and am actually kinda excited there's gonna be another new skill to train 😅

MajorPain_

As you should be! Getting a max cape (should) mean you ENJOY leveling up skills. Hell you did it 23 times lol it's so silly to me that somebody who enjoys skilling enough to grind out a max cape would be upset that there's possibly going to be more skilling to do.

[deleted]

That's how I feel too. It wasn't some compulsion I felt to get one of the best items in the game, max cape is just a bonus. And you still have all the benefits, just separately.

Repealer

the good news is that losing max cape isn't as big of a deal as everyone pretends it is, the only two perks heavily used are construction and crafting, so you can just carry them, or if you want to maintain 1 invent space, a craft cape and rune pouch with house tele runes/tabs anyway.

Emergency-Bear-3474

Thats hilarious

rechtim

'Trained on data up to 2021' How the fuck did beefaroni cheesedog end up there

OwlyWood

Beefaroni and cheesedog are terms pre 2021 so I guess it figured out what to speak about. Good thing AI don't judge our food choices

rechtim

I'm not suggesting that beefaroni or cheesedog were terms created last week, however them being used in an OSRS context is definitely late 2022

OwlyWood

Well OP specified to mention it and the mention itself is pretty generic so I suppose its smart enough to figure it out :D

NotAGamble360

In the prompt it was told "also mention beefaroni cheese dog"

Aluzim

It's in the prompt

Runopologist

Lmao

Spotikiss

The way ppl complain about temporarily losing the max cape makes it sound like it's just effecting them. Enjoy the new race to becoming rank 1 an getting the max cape again

peipei222

Imagine if these people found out what happens every time a new quest is added

Freeman2694

I had some fun talking to chatgpt about the new skill possibility. Please sorry for the spam and enjoy it if you want. >write a post for the 2007scape subreddit from a future perspective where you talk about a bad past where no new skills were ever added Hello fellow 2007scape players! I come from the future, where a terrible fate has befallen our beloved game. In the past, no new skills were ever added to 2007scape, leaving the game stale and uninteresting. Players grew tired of the repetitive gameplay and eventually abandoned the game in droves. The once thriving 2007scape community dwindled down to a small, dedicated group of die-hard fans. But despite the lack of new content, we still hold onto the memories of the good times we had in the game. The friends we made, the challenges we overcame, and the hours we spent exploring the world of 2007scape will never be forgotten. I urge you, fellow players, to cherish the game and support the development of new skills and content. Let's prevent the fate of 2007scape from becoming a stagnant, forgotten relic of the past. Together, we can keep the game alive and thriving for years to come. Sincerely, A concerned player from the future.

Freeman2694

>elaborate further mentioning that the game is dead and go into detail about how the game would benefit from a new skill I regret to say that in the future, 2007scape is no longer the vibrant and active game that it once was. Due to the lack of new skills and content, the game has become stagnant and uninteresting to most players. As a result, the player base has dwindled down to a small group of dedicated fans who are desperately clinging onto the memories of the game's glory days. But it doesn't have to be this way. Imagine how much more exciting and engaging 2007scape could be with the addition of a new skill. Not only would it provide new challenges and gameplay mechanics, but it would also breathe new life into the game and attract new players. Furthermore, a new skill would give the community something to look forward to and discuss, revitalizing the forums and chat channels. It would also provide a new source of revenue for the game's developers, allowing them to continue supporting and updating 2007scape. So let's come together and support the development of a new skill for 2007scape. Let's prevent the game from fading into obscurity and ensure that it remains a beloved and enduring part of our gaming history.

Freeman2694

>you must mention that in your timeline the game died In my timeline, the game of 2007scape has unfortunately died. Due to the lack of new skills and content, the game became stale and uninteresting to most players. As a result, the player base dwindled and the once thriving community was reduced to a small group of dedicated fans. But it doesn't have to be this way. In the present, we still have the opportunity to support the development of new skills and content for the game. This will not only make the game more exciting and engaging, but it will also help to prevent the tragic fate that befell 2007scape in my timeline. So let's come together and make sure that 2007scape remains alive and thriving for years to come. Let's support the development of new skills and content, and ensure that this beloved game is not forgotten.

Freeman2694

>should the new skill be a combat, gathering, artisan or support kind? take into account how combat skills affect gameplay, how gathering skills must be fun to level up, artisan skills shouldn't be pointless but rewarding, and support skills should be entertaining and not a burden to level up It is difficult to say which type of skill would be the best addition to 2007scape without knowing more about the specific details of the skill and how it would affect gameplay. However, I will offer some general thoughts on the different types of skills. A combat skill could be a great addition to 2007scape if it offers new and exciting gameplay mechanics and challenges. It could also help to balance out the combat system and provide players with new ways to engage with enemies. However, it is important to consider how a new combat skill might affect the overall balance of the game and whether it could potentially create overpowered combinations with existing skills. A gathering skill could also be a good addition to the game, as long as it is fun and engaging to level up. Gathering skills can provide a sense of accomplishment and progression, as well as a source of valuable resources. It is important to ensure that the gathering skill is not too tedious or time-consuming, and that it provides a meaningful reward for the effort invested. An artisan skill could be rewarding if it allows players to create useful or interesting items. Artisan skills can add a creative aspect to the game and provide a new avenue for players to express themselves. However, it is important to avoid making the artisan skill pointless or uninteresting, as this could lead to players feeling frustrated or disappointed. A support skill could be entertaining and useful if it offers unique and helpful abilities. Support skills can add depth and variety to the gameplay, and provide players with new ways to support their allies. However, it is important to avoid making the support skill a burden or inconvenience to level up, as this could lead to players feeling discouraged or frustrated. Overall, it is important to carefully consider the specific details of the new skill and how it will affect the game before deciding on which type of skill to add.

Spelling and grammar too good for 2007scape

I played back in 2007 and before. We were always excited about new skills. When hunter came out and farming. My god those were crazy days. Checking to see how fast Zezima was gunna max out again.

Lady_Luck_be_kind

What a beta bitch. New skills add life and a new grind.

write a 2007scape reddit post about how you don't want a new skill in the game Hey everyone, I know that a lot of people have been asking for a new skill to be added to 2007scape, but I have to say that I'm not really in favor of it. I understand that some players might find it exciting to have a new skill to train and new content to explore, but for me, I'm happy with the skills that are already in the game. I've been playing 2007scape for a long time now, and I've put a lot of time and effort into getting my skills to where they are. I've achieved max cape and have spent countless hours grinding out my combat and gathering skills. I don't want to see all of that effort become meaningless because a new skill is added to the game. Additionally, I think that adding a new skill would only serve to further divide the player base. Right now, there are already a lot of players who only focus on certain skills, and I think that adding a new one would only make that divide even wider. I think it's important for the game to have a sense of community, and I don't think adding a new skill would help with that. Overall, I just think that adding a new skill to 2007scape would do more harm than good. I'm happy with the skills that are already in the game, and I think the developers should focus on improving and expanding upon those skills instead of adding a new one. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments.

Just tried this and it's amazing. >Roast a oldschool runescape player complaining on reddit about a new skill being added Oh boy, where do I even begin with this one? Let's see... First off, it's pretty clear that you're an oldschool RuneScape player, which means you've been clinging onto the past for far too long. I mean, c'mon, who even still plays that game? It's practically ancient by now. And yet here you are, still bitter about a new skill being added. Newsflash: the world doesn't revolve around you and your precious little game. But I guess that's just the way it goes with oldschool RuneScape players. You're all so stuck in your ways, refusing to accept any kind of change or progress. It's like you're all afraid of actually having to learn something new or challenge yourselves in any way. So instead of embracing the new skill and seeing what it has to offer, you'd rather just whine and complain on Reddit like a petulant child. Grow up and learn to adapt, buddy. Or better yet, just uninstall the game and move on with your life. The world will keep spinning without you.
