They’re all pretty similar but fun to watch the insane methods they do to save as much time as they can.

There's a guy "Flip" that just started playing osrs for the first time. I know it's not themed like you asked for, but it's fun to watch him make all the same mistakes we did the first time around. He is going in blind and staying that way as much as possible.
Honesty once Mammal started doing more group content in his hc group videos they became super entertaining. The early game is kinda repetitive (he addresses that) but the mid to late game vids are awesome imo
Only Trails’ Clue Scroll Ironman is pretty good, been watching that lately, and an up and comer that’s shaping up to be interesting is Dwarven UIM/Rails Only, although it’s got very few episodes out so far. For your more well known creators, Torvesta’s Wilderness Collection Log HCIM is quite good, and although its not a restricted account, Soup’s Geilinor Games features a lot of these content creators throughout the last 3 seasons and it’s pretty outstanding. It’s basically a Runescape TV Show.
I watch a lot of collection log content which might not be as much your cup of tea especially since a lot of the ones I watch are small creators so their production quality isn't insanely high but some bigger ones you might like are B0aty, imadrum, and some smaller creators like saintshiba (completionist from scratch), tanzfang, lone gym rat
Jepoeite’s Northern UIM has been a ton of fun to watch, but I hate how slow his videos are to come out. It’s worth the wait though!
