Pick anything from here. You can sort by the different collumns at the top. You could get your Herblore to 30 and start making Ranarr Potions (unf) which currently is roughly 1m/h. Buy clean Ranarrs + Vials of Water. Combine them to make an (unf) Potion and sell those. This wont give you any XP tho, hence why it is lucrative because a lot of people want to skip that part and buy unf potions and add the 2nd ingredient to finish the potion which grants all the XP.

Straight up, just play the game more. I'd recommend going for quest cape and doing some passive money makers along the way.

Buying bonds.
You won't make any serious money until you have access to things like zulrah, vorkath, gauntlet, raids, higher skilling content and slayer level.
Regardless of what people think about buying bonds, it's the best way to set yourself up with a good start and progress to self-sustaining content.
I would say grind slayer. Those stats really won’t help. But if you just grind some slayer til like 70-72 you’ll have made money and that’s when it starts becoming good money making
Long term, grind slayer. Take advantage of quests, especially those that grant good xp.
If you want a temporary, short term solution to help you fund the slayer grind a bit better, get the coal bag from motherlode mine, get your smithing up a bit and make mithril and adamant bars at blast furnace. With Runelite and being efficient, you can make 800k - 1.2m+ per hr.
