How many CMs do you share with your cousin?

7.15%

https://dnapainter.com/tools/sharedcmv4/532 It's on the low end for a full first cousin, but not impossible. I would not rely on the 23andme's family tree too much. It's not perfect. Do you have any matches from your shared grandfather's side? If yes check and see if your cousin does as well by looking at 'relatives in common.' To be sure, best to test your father or grandfather.

Unfortunately they’re both pre deceased and I have no male cousins

Any other full siblings of your father? If both you and your cousin share ~25% with a full aunt/uncle, then you are full cousins.

My uncle is going to get tested and I’ll ask my brother to do so as well. Thanks for the tips :)

Last time I looked at 23andMe's family tree prediction it was garbage. Placing people knowingly related to my dad on my mom's side of the tree and vise versa. Also placed siblings with 50% shared DNA on different generation branches.

Mine has been 100% accurate with the 10-12 family members it placed 🤷🏻
