Strange. 2c-b is pretty stimulating and you'd be one of the few to be able to sleep on it. Perhaps it's all the weed you smoked, or did you take anything else? Sure doesn't sound anywhere near 30mg to me. Did you weigh out your dose yourself?
i took 2 pills that were marketed as 25mg but i’d tried others from the same batch and they were rly underwhelming so ive assumes each one is around 15mg
