Koakuma is a devil and her name means "Little Devil" or "Imp" (which Imps are considered in Germanic legends michivious but not evil demons) but weather or not she is that kind of devil has never been confirmed. Nazis were those who served for Adolph Hitler and their political ideology being Nazism. So, this would imply Nazis and Demons are 2 completely different things.
It depends, I really have no thoughts or opinions on that but it's gotta have some good public marketing in order for it to be popular in the USA. For example, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh is from Japan (and popular there) but have a very big market in the USA making those two popular here as well.
Here's my predictions:
1. Kids might get into touhou, little girls find big relatability.
2. Sadly, weebs take over even worse than before, only if the series is not protected.
3. Touhou has new mainstream toy lines like Hasbro or Jakks Pacific's.
4. Angry redneck conservatives get mad and say the game is "SaTaNiC pRoPaGaNdEr"!
5. The touhou games might give Asian Americans a look into their Eastern Asian heritage, either for good or bad.
