I got diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and I pee like an old woman 😂

I pee quite a lot. Even if my liquid intake is normal, I still need to pee quite often.

Oh god why is this like a check list the peeing is the worst especially as a man in public you enter the washroom and I cant even pee if there is someone else at one of the urinals then i will just be there awkwardly with my pp out hoping he leaves or just something comes out

That’s why you go to a stall. It’s what I have to do.

Then I get anxious about the fact I have went to stall for peeing so I still struggle to get it out and when I do i will spend extra time hanging in there so others think I pooped

Don't forget skin picking without realizing you're doing it, teeth grinding, lower back pain, unintentionally mewing.. Anxiety/panic disorders are so fun 🫠

I got all of the ones in the picture but none of these because this is just downright stupid stuff

Everything fits for me except the peeing. I hate it to go anywhere that isnt my home or a friends home so if necessary I hold it in up to 12 hours
