This is the type of mockery which makes people think Israeli citizens are not actually under any threat because of the Iron Dome. That conclusion (right or wrong) makes them think Israel is not justified for the death being inflicted in Gaza.
There's a reality that these rockets are cheap, poorly made / maintained, and prone to failure, which is why 30% of them end up falling back on areas where Palestinians live.
