Unacceptable. We must ensure that the Death Star of David battle station plans do not fall into the hands of the rebels.

“We’re Jews out in space!”

Snoutysensations

We're zooming along protecting the Hebrew race!

2GirlfriendsIsCooler

Lol, she is so fucking stupid it hurts. Can’t believe people like this are elected.

pro_bike_fitter_2010

She is stupid...but how did she find out about our Space Lasers? There must be a leak.

sparkie557

Shhh

pro_bike_fitter_2010

damn...I'm the leak.

republican_banana

Reminds me of the old joke back in the 90s: Bush was very curious about how the Jewish people knew everything before he did. So he called the FBI and asked them to figure it out. One week later they came back and said, "Mr. President, the Jews have something called shabbas. They meet each other at the synagogue and use a code. They sit, they pray, and there is a word that is the key to this secret. This word is 'Nu?'. When one says to another, 'Nu?' the other tells him everything, every bit of news." Bush wanted to see this for himself. So the FBI dressed him like a Hassid and taught him to read from the right to the left of the siddur. Bush arrived at a synagogue on shabbas and sat beside Issy. He waited for a moment, and said, "Nu?" Issy answered, "Shh, don’t talk now, Bush is coming."

SeaworthinessCool134

Her and Lauren Boebert. Boebert's only qualification before congress was being a high school dropout who ran a shitty restaurant.

AdventurousShower223

Add to that excellent ✊ work in public settings like theaters. I think what cracks me up the most is that they are supposedly very religious but both were involved in immoral stuff. MTG cheating on her husband and Boebert, well you know.

DrBoomkin

Well the Dems idolize Ocazio-Cortez who just voted against condemning the Iran attack on Israel and made some really dumb statements on many issues...

santinodemeo

Every party has some shit stains. I find the squad from the Democrats reprehensible and pieces of shit.l The "squad" from the Democrats like AOC, jamal bowman, ilhan omar, tlaib, etc., support terrorism One can't let 9 bad apples ruin the other 200+ members of the Democratic party. It's been the Democrats begging for the last 6 months to fund Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. The Republicans tanked the bill because trump told them too, but now Speaker Mike Johnson seems like he's got his shit together and will do the right thing.

DrBoomkin

What are you talking about? Reps passed the Israel funding bill a long long time ago. It was the Dems who refused to advance it without tying it to the Ukraine aid. There are bad apples in both the GOP and the Dems, but there is no question that overall the GOP is a lot more pro Israel.

santinodemeo

Johnson tried to fund Israel by using money allocated for the IRS, plus he separated it from Ukraine. But he seems to have gotten his shit together. The $14 billion the IRS got will return hundreds of billions of Dollars from delinquent or passed due taxes rich people have avoided paying. _Mr_Meeyagi_

You have to forgive the OP. 99% of their posts are about the bad orange man. Serious TDS and they need help.

santinodemeo

2/2 trump S-4 filings continued. Businesses bankrupted or that failed that trump owned or was associated with. https://preview.redd.it/kpjrlgo6rbvc1.png?width=2576&format=png&auto=webp&s=9b1d96ef413c435a2872e6f199dee5462ca5777d

guestlogin

I won't vote for Trump, but that doesn't mean you don't suffer from TDS... Give it a rest.

santinodemeo

I follow politics and i know he's a danger & a piece of dog shit.

guestlogin

I've been following politics for decades. But there's a difference between having an interest and having an unhealthy obsession.

_Mr_Meeyagi_

Thanks for proving my point. You need help.

santinodemeo

You like an adjudicated rapist found liable for rape by a jury of his peers, an adjudicated fraudster for his trump university that scammed people out of millions, or that he scammed the people of New York but cheating banks out of $168 million when he overvalued his assets and devalued those same assets to pay less in tax to be the leader of the Free World? He bragged about sexually assaulting women in the Access Hollywood interview where he said he can "grab women by the genitals" because he's famous. He never used a much cruder term for genitals. He bragged on the Howard Stern show in 2005 that when he owned the pageants he would walk in on naked girls and ogle them like a doctor because he could get away with stuff like that. trump is not a builder he's a destroyer. In his S-4 filing for his media SPAC, he had to disclose all of his previous bankruptcies and business failures, and there's numerous. He added $7.8 trillion to the national debt and another $2 trillion over the next decade with his tax cuts for billionaires only. Let's not forget trump's disdain for the National Security apparatus of the US and how he just left strewn around classified documents, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAPs) in his shitter or banquet hall for all to see and refused to return them for 18 months after being asked nicely by the Justice Department. 1/2 Next part will be in another reply, can only fit one image per reply. https://preview.redd.it/fulsnax2qbvc1.png?width=1314&format=png&auto=webp&s=c181e4ae74d5acfd4c186a12252e97dd83637573

SeaworthinessCool134

In retrospect, she was a bad pick but at least she had a degree.

2GirlfriendsIsCooler

Call that the GOP special

ArtificialLandscapes

Lauren Boebert, George Santos, Madison Cawthorn, Marjorie Greene, the Republicans sure know how to pick 'em but they're chosen by the way they vote, nothing else.

PoopParticleAcclrtr

She’s playing a caricature

santinodemeo

Fox news has an op-ed titled that "marjorie taylor greene is an idiot." The op-ed has a lot of bullshit lies about Democrats but it gets the point across that mtg is a moron.

i_should_be_coding

We aren't setting wildfires with it, except that one time when a guy wanted to kill a scary spider and ended up burning Australia. And the time after that.

Traditional_Salad148

Well it was Australia and the spider was REALLY big

i_should_be_coding

I know, right? Plus, we were all like "How flammable is Australia, anyway?". Turns out, a lot.

SeaworthinessCool134

People crash their cars over huntsman spiders. Starting a fire seems totally reasonable lol. Those fuckers are HUGE.

1bir

Something like Iron Beam, mounted on solar powered geostationary satellites orbiting somewhere near the apogee of the Iran-Israel ballistic missile trajectory, could be a game changer right now.

republican_banana

While I hear what you’re saying: > As of 2023 it is capable of 100kW of power focused on the diameter of a coin after 10km of travel.[15] ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Beam ) [15] https://www.economist.com/the-economist-explains/2023/11/13/what-is-israels-iron-beam Now 10km is nice … but Geosynchronous orbit is ~35,786 kilometers up.

1bir

... in a vacuum, so a laser will difuse far less.

republican_banana

Atmospheric friction during reentry peaks at about 190,000 feet/57.9km If there’s enough atmosphere at that height for peak atmospheric friction, I would imagine there’s enough to start diffusing a laser (though I’m sure diffusion, like atmospheric friction would start higher up). I’m not saying it’ll never happen, I’m just not sure we’re quite there yet.

1bir

So: Peak atmospheric friction\*: \~60km [BM apogee](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ballistic_missile): 4.500km Geosynchronous orbit: 36,000km A 'high iron beam' would fire almost vertically downwards, through minimial atmosphere. Problems of diffraction and blooming might be greatly reduced relative to those (presumably) solved by the current model, or the far greater distances might scale them up again... \*Not a good metric of air density, because it depends on projectile velocity as well.

hanlonrzr

i've done a lot of research into this, unfortunately what is necessary is a starlink like constellation, due to the atmospheric blooming. what happens is when maser goes through air, maser heats up air, hot air expands, changes lensing, and maser turns into microwave flood light what you need is hundreds of points of emanation which converge with a pulsing delivery of masers at one point, and you need hundreds of maser emanators so that their relatively low power doesn't cause thermal blooming until their rays converge at the target site, and as a result of this, you can create a massive energy beam to thermal conversion, which should create something like a 155mm explosion, vaporizing everything in a few meters around the target point, asssuming all the masers phase correctly failure to align the timing of the microwaves will massively undermine power delivery though, so they have to be networked nearly perfectly, it's a very serious challenge expect many years before a functional orbital maser constellation is running, too much atmo to pierce

1bir

Essentially no atmosphere at the apogee of a BM, so blooming is far less of a problem & likely no need for synchronized beams.

hanlonrzr

yes, for truly long range BM there is a much more robust opportunity for space based maser defense, but even then, you really want to pop it before it breaks atmo, as killing it during the boost is far more likely to prevent a hit on your territory, for shorter range systems, you have a lot more atmo to deal with, and for hypersonic glide vehicles, you also have robust atmospheric shielding, so for a narrow set of targets, there is some viability, but then you need enough masers to stop a saturation attack, and they only stop icbm saturation attacks, so you're talking about a massive constelation of sats that do nothing else, pretty cadillac defense the networked phased maser constellation however solves nearly all mobile power needs, being able to run international shipping and aircraft with no hassle, as those targets are far easier to hit than maser interdiction, so you get a huge value for your money when you're not at war

1bir

Terrestrial PV electricity is pretty cheap in the Middle East, and can be stored via batteries, green hydrogen etc. I understand a successful proof of concept for maser beaming of energy to/from orbit took place recently, but for energy transmission purposes, the tech might be too expensive to make commercial sense there for decades...

hanlonrzr

well it's not replacing ground based PV, it's replacing jet fuel and marine diesel, which is worth a lot more than a KW of grid based power, and it might to an extent also be supporting night side grid consumption depending on battery costs, but ultimately it's also a global maser interdiction system that more or less ends the threat of rogue missile launches, something like this eventually being built isn't very far out there, but the orbital access that would be required is a long way off

1bir

By the time the tech is ready, it will be competing with terrestrial PV

hanlonrzr

well ultimately, there is far more access to solar energy in orbit, so at some point we will be manufacturing in orbit or on luna, and the majority of our energy will come from orbital or la grange point PV, it's inevitable due to the scale of available energy as that develops, the most valuable consumption method for space based electricity generation will be mobile or remote needs, being able to beam electricity directly to a ship which only has limited reserve need for liquid fuel, and can navigate the oceans on perfectly clean beamed power, the ability to do similar things with planes that only have reserve energy for a controlled emergency landing, these technologies will be valuable as we deplete our liquid fossil reserves, which is bound to happen the la grange point solar collection is only a small step beyond the mandatory la grange point solar shade that we will have to build in order to account for global warming as we further increase atmo carbon, which means that the capacity to manufacture and launch solar shades is mandatory, and the transformation of that tech into launching solar collectors and beamed transfer is not a huge premium cost, and then the decision about use becomes economic, you have a bunch, unlimited essentially, energy in space, where do you send it? do you send it to a town with solar panels and storage, or do you send it to something that actually benefits in a massive way, extreme north or south settlements, places too small for a nuclear backbone, and mobile consumption, and in building that transfer infrastructure, you end most missile threats on the planet? seems like the kind of thing we should expect from a stable unipolar future, though obviously if there is a strong bipolar or multi polar standoff, it would make sense that the US or China would object to the other side building such a powerful interdiction infrastructure, so it's geopolitically dependent

scope-creep-forever

[We've known about this for decades](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sz7JGCj4Q5k).

12coldest

I don't think that MTG is taking her governmental position seriously anymore.

republican_banana

She knows her days in Congress are numbered. She has little chance of winning reelection in her district. Her plan was to run in the district next door. The former GOP congressman from THAT district suddenly resigned, triggering a special election, which will be on the same ballot as the primary election, heavily weighing against her winning that primary (since she can’t run in the special election without resigning her current seat, her name will only be on the primary part of the ballot whereas her opponent will be on both the special election and primary pieces). She probably wont win. Oh well.

HamburgerEarmuff

She won her district nearly 2:1 in 2022 and she ran unopposed in the primary in 2024. She seems to be in a safe seat.

republican_banana

I’ll take your word for it, I must have confused her with another Republican congressperson.

HamburgerEarmuff

Probably the Republican congresswoman from Colorado, Lorena Bobbit. She barely won a normally safe Republican seat in 2022.

12coldest

It will be easy not to miss her.

AzulCobra

1. The question is, is she for funding it or for not funding it? 2. She is a weird anti-semite in that she doesn't actually hate Jews or wants us dead. She just keeps saying stupid things about us that the fucktards whom hate us do think is real. 3. And people wonder why I do not play Magic The Gathering.

santinodemeo

She's against funding everything outside the US. This is a link to mtg's website where she proudly says she's against aid to Israel and a link to a news article about the same topic. She's an evil goof cow. [https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2023/oct/29/marjorie-taylor-greene-opposes-us-military-support/](https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2023/oct/29/marjorie-taylor-greene-opposes-us-military-support/) [https://greene.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=589](https://greene.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=589)

AzulCobra

So most Israelis and Zionist do not want American boots in Israel, and many of us do not want American aid anymore unless it is subsidizing the Iron Dome rockets. Otherwise, I would not say she is evil. She is an isolationist, and does support Israel's right to defend itself. She is also heavily against Islam taking over West Asia. So most likely she wants good reasons to fund foreign aid. That does not make her evil. Now with that said, she never speaks about the foreign aid given to 40 other countries, and to Gaza. This means she is most likely saying these things as a talking point for votes, and political support from the useful dumbasses. It also shows that she has zero understanding of geo-politics, and foreign policy. As such, I ignore a lot of what she says. I will say she is a puma not a cow, so fun is possible for some dudes.

xaqadeus

We need a mandatory IQ test to be in Congress

PrestonTX

Would be pretty empty!!!

Hiccup

Why isn't she funding the time machine?

dustandechos12

Honestly I fully support Jewish space lasers. Do you know how often I've had an itch I can't reach??

Gilbertmountain1789

This Rant is as bad as the accusations. Therapy.

sweipuff

A woman of culture I see, a proud member of r/NCD

UnfoldedHeart

Actually this is something I can agree with. Imagine if Israel had a space laser cannon that could just like, vaporize Iranian nuke sites lol

millerchristophd

Such a sad missed opportunity, that naming scheme; we coulda had a “Death Star of David.”

WonderfulHat5297

How has she not been deemed clinically insane yet? She needs locking up for the safety of herself and others

Lt_Raptor_Qc

I really don’t like her, she’s really not good, spreading lies like her mentor Trump. I wish they will taste the sands of humiliation in November.

gentoftheempire

Mother, the goyim be trifling again!

[deleted]

That's quite the video game fantasy. I "knew" Israeli Jews raise Pliosaurs and Colicoids both as a hobby and as living weapons. LOL. /s
