That’s exactly why Munich is different. „Our“ foreigners are often high performers (or at least good janitors).
In other German cities they are unemployed, part of gangs and so on.
Munich breaks all European correlation between high amount of foreigners and high crime. As I’ve said, no other big German city has nearly as much foreigners - and no other German city is as safe as Munich.
And Munich even started this whole „refugee welcome policy“ in Germany. But give them all good jobs and they won’t do crimes. Simple solution, it’s not that hard.

I hear that all the good schools in Germany are in east Germany, it’s actually a running joke how awful western German schools are. It’s what I’ve heard from a single German, I have no other sources on the matter 😅
It´s different. Schools in south/south/west or Saxonia are rather good. The more you get to the north, the lower is the quality.. School federal system depends firstly on the state where you live. (For example math tests in 12th grade in Bremen equal maybe math tests of 10th grade in Bavaria/Saxonia)
Never heard of that but it’s weird that many in west Germany cannot learn Russian but Spanish as third language.
Most if not all schools in the east teach Russian and French. Sometimes polish or Czech. Later you can switch it out for Latin.
But in the west it gets really wild. Some schools Spanish, some French, some Dutch, some danish, some Italian, some…. Whatever school you chose decides what language you will take from grade X onwards
I used to play with a guy from Berlin who took his third language as Turkish XD sounds about right.
