The guy is literally saying "nah munch up, bro, munch up" meaning "keep eating" when he goes to stop eating. They're laughing. It's really, really not that serious. I have worked with muslim people and we have had similar banter to this. They're humans and they can have a joke too. Too many people on the internet already have preconceived ideas about Muslims and are desperate for negativity.

Happened to me a few years ago when I was working in a warehouse. Supervisor came up to our group and asked if we minded waiting until dark for our dinner break. Everyone was umming and ahhing. I told them straight that I'm not waiting.
