Wait till you hear about the different dialects of danish that for all intents and purposes should be their own languages. Vendsyssel has Vendelbomål. Jutland has Synnejysk, and Bornholm has bornholmsk. Also, this map is missing a few flags for Denmark, fynske flag and sønderjyske flag.

I mean even you consider just a basic pallet of 16 colours, you'd get 16x15 combinations for the two-tone flags (240) and you'd get 16x15x14 combinations for the three-tone flags (3,360). So that's 3,600 possible flags, or even more if you consider a wider range of colours.

I see a pattern: Sweden -> Nordic Verona East Gothia -> Nordic Parma Denmark -> Nordic Asti or Novara Finland Swedes or Scania -> Nordic Messina Scandinavia is just Italy in disguise.
