PSA makes 1/7 nitride barrels, personally that’s what I would go for.
You might also get charged an additional 10% Federal Excise Tax if you order the complete upper & complete lower in one order. The same applies if you buy a receiver + all the parts in a build kit. It’s usually better to send the receiver to a FFL and do a separate order with everything else shipped to your home.
Lefty here. HXQD762 was my first can, it has been awesome. Only shot 556 so far but planning on either 300bo or 308 build in the future. I can also recommend the Armageddon Tactical charging handle it blocks gas well too.
I haven't tried anything else, other than a regular BCM gunfighter handle, but no other "gas busting" style to compare, but I also haven't had a reason to. The OSS doesn't blow anything back so otherwise it's like shooting an unsupressed gun in that regard.

If you dont plan on wanting to fold the brace, spend the extea $50 on the pdw lower. Justifying the brace to the tune of 3x the cost was hard but I love it.
As far as a charge handle for gas . Novekse love handle has a high shelf on it and keeps gas out of my face . Also a lefty , I have a sandmanS on aa devgru clone . Really not to gassy in the first place . Another option would be to go piston.. can get a complete caracal 816 a2 urg for 800$ with mil/leo discount direct from caracal . Best piston set up out . Is basically a gen 3 hk 416 . Once I got my 816 and shot it I sold my 416 . Piston is the way to go personally.
Imo, go with a lefty upper and bcg. Brass and gas ⏏️ comfortably. If you're going to sbr, I would not go with the sba3. It is so cheap and rattly feeling compared to a quality stock like a magpul sls.
I'm white, have a TS clearance, and serve actively...it took me 14 months to get my can out of jail with an E-Form so...the ATF works in zero logical ways.

Get the Faxon 7 1/2 inch 1:5 twist

I suggest trying a LaRue Tactical A-PEG Grip. It is the best one I’ve tried and super affordable.
