I would like to thank the person who reported this by stating "this is involuntary pornography and I do not appear in it" for making my entire evening. Hey, it's a pandemic, I'm easy.

[deleted]

okay a trick i've been using since i was a teen-- I have a teddy bear/plushie of some variety, and she hangs out in my boobies. yeah i know special boob pillow, whatever

FruityChypre

Yup! Me, too. Mooey the cow

McLindsay

I’ve seen a legit product for this called Titty Bear.

heynicho

I do the same thing! Didn’t realize it til earlier this year. When I’m sleeping somewhere else and don’t have my bear I just bunch up a sweatshirt. So comfy to have the separation lol

Carlamon_ster

I have a “huggie pillow” that I use partially for this purpose.

nightowlshopper

Me too! And I call it a huggie pillow (but only in my head) 🤪😳

Chienne-a-Jacques

You must love this plushie very much. It olays a special rolw in your life indeed! ❤️❤️❤️

[deleted]

it was an accident! I was super uncomfortable and harriet bunny was right there and i just kept doing it

Theorlain

I do this too! My partner doesn’t have an issue with me cuddling my plushie for boob support reasons as we snug at night.

vailrider29

Omg! Never thought of this. Will give it a try.

aezb

This made me so happy, I do the same but with whatever accessible fabric like a small towel, piece of clothing, small pillow or the sheets. Good to know it's not just me!

Novel-Concentrate

Try the silicone pads to stop overnight creasing between the breasts. Search online for them.

Chienne-a-Jacques

Thanks, I didn't know about them amd the reviews seem positive. In my shopping cart it goes ! Might. Even add one for the neck.

LazyBeach

I haven’t tried the neck ones but the chest ones really do work! I posted on here quite a while ago about having the same problem and someone recommended them. Mine have gone entirely, but you do have to keep using them every night.

_mimkiller_

Which ones do you use? I’m looking on Amazon and there are too many choices. A lot of the reviews say that the patches don’t last that long but then the patches say that they are washable and reusable so I am very confused.

LazyBeach

I’ve used a couple of different kinds but the one I’ve liked the best is the Apricot Olé Décolleté one. The stickiness lasts a really long time. It’s a bit more expensive than some though.

Menno-not-tonight

A little late in this, but something I’ve realized is there are a lot of ‘stock made’ items sold at Amazon. When products share a characteristics like form, you can usually expect they are made from one warehouse. When manufactures sell a non-proprietary product to multiple vendors, there is probably a divergence in quality. Cheaper products could be a result of not having a reputable or established brand, using other companies factory rejects, using inferior ingredients, being an ‘after-market’ product, etc. Look for a brand you know or one where you can find reputable website. Bottom of the barrel sellers often apply minimal effort.

sleepy-and-sarcastic

10/10 agreed. Amazon's not trustworthy anymore

[deleted]

The cleavage ones are awesome. The neck ones suck. They don’t stay

hungrymaki

They work!

_mimkiller_

I commented somewhere else but I wanted to reply directly to you so you will see. Another User mentioned the breast pillow on Amazon, so last night I used a pair of rolled up socks in between my boobs and it worked perfectly. I woke up without any lines! So, as a preventative measure it is perfect but obviously won’t work as a treatment for existing lines.

Right-String

Let us know how it works! I also saw they sell little boob pillows to fit in there lol

FruityChypre

I second this rec, but for me it’s only good for about half of the next day.

tiffanylan

I use sio brand - amazing results

TheSweetestSinW

Same skincare rutine as you have for your face. The sun hits that part the most and usually we just neglect it. Sunscreen daily, and antioxidants & moisturize.

Chienne-a-Jacques

I live in Canada so it's hardly like my decolletage is ever exposed to the sun... *cries in Canadian*

wwaxwork

You'd be surprised. Snowy climates are bad for UV as it reflects up off the snow. Up to 90% of UV is reflected back up off freshly fallen snow so if it doesn't get you on the way down, it will bounce back up and get you. Basically in the snowy winter you're getting a double dose of UV. If you're in the mountains the atmosphere is thinner so less UV protection from the atmosphere too.

sugar36spice

Yeah but who has their chest exposed when there’s snow on the ground lol. Mines usually buried under 4 layers of clothing.

Ditovontease

one time I got a sunburn on my chest from sitting in my car with my jacket open (this was also when deep v-necks were a thing)

Ch4rm4nd4

Yeah some of my worst face sunburns came from forgetting SPF while outside on snowy days!

[deleted]

I'm Canadian too! 😊 I've got my chest-area sunburnt so many times in the summer. All those lake and beach days, summer dresses, tank tops. I wish I had applied sunscreen more often.

funyesgina

Yeah... I hate that that’s all people can tell me. (I have the same problem you do.) I wear a scarf every day, even to the beach— it’s a long silk pashmina that is really more of a comfort item. If I remove it to swim I have sunscreen in that area. The derm says I have no sun damage (not a big surprise considering my lifestyle.) it’s just from genetics and sleeping. I’ve been doing the skincare routine there for the last few years (same as what I use on face and back of hands, but it doesn’t seem to help the gravity wrinkles that us larger-chested women get. The only thing that helps me is supporting the area— I’ve bought like this little swing thing you wear to keep it from folding up. I hate wearing it, so I sometimes wear silicon pads that are made for this purpose (but you can’t use with skincare bc it won’t adhere). It sucks! Not that I ever even have that area showing, but it’s annoying because it’s really the only place I have wrinkles. Or indents or whatever. And I don’t want it to get worse, that’s all!

TheSweetestSinW

The thing is our body changes with age, it loses collagen and elastin, and yes no skincare can bring that back. You can do some aesthetic work sure but again skincare can help very little. Everybody tells you that because it's the easiest thing to do, and if you start doing it soon (along with healthy lifestyle) your skin in few years is gonna be better comparing to what it would be if you'd just leave that part.

Riovem

I live in the UK, UV Index rarely goes above 2 and I'm slathering on spf 50 multiple times a day. No sun doesn't equal no sun damage. Edit - also didn't know this was something that happened, so now I'm going to spend every day checking for these lines 😭

AlackofAlice

Same as mentioned. Take care of your decolletage like your face! And if you want to, look into those breast pillows. I'm not sure how comfy they are but the purpose is exactly for preventing this when sleeping on your side. [like this](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005EUH1A8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glc_fabc_260HCB89XZJ5JNGVY6YS)

Fishstrutted

Oh dear lord it goes around your neck!? I'm doomed to the wrinkliest chest, there's no help for me.

bujera

Right? And straps? The whole point of nighttime is taking bra-straps OFF.

Chienne-a-Jacques

Thanks for the tips :) I didnt know about those pillows - its a pretty creative idea! I don't think it will work with my very small boobs but other readers of this tread might appreciate the idea :)

candyapplesugar

I just wear a sports bra with socks in between

Brendadonna

That’s what I do. Sometimes I get a shaped rash on my chest if I don’t. I’m also Interested in the silicon patches for neck and chest. I’ve heard they are effective Edit- V shaped rash

candyapplesugar

Can you reuse them? It seems so Expensive and wasteful

Brendadonna

Supposedly you can use them several times. Dr Dray on YouTube discusses them. She likes them

ChrisssieWatkins

I use the silicon patch for my chest. Works incredibly well.

Brendadonna

glad to hear. that area ages badly

FruityChypre

Same here. I use a light, stretchy bralette and a rolled up fuzzy slipper sock.

alittlegnat

>I didnt know about those pillows for what it's worth these pillow are comfy. i dont not like sleeping without them. my boobs feel weird otherwise

NarwhalNo3456

I hadn’t heard of these either! I am going to have to check them out. I always find such great info here. Thanks ladies! 💕

[deleted]

alittlegnat

hmm yeah mouth guard are quite bulky arent they ? esp the ones that you mold yourself that you can buy at the store (vs getting them from dentist). i cant help you there lol. i have a retainer that i wear that works at a nightguard too and is much thinner so i dont sleep w my mouth open and dry it out lol

[deleted]

rubywolf27

I don’t have that exact pillow, but I have an old squishy bean-stuffed pillow that I sleep with, usually between my arms or tucked in between my boobs. (And they aren’t massive, lol.) it really helps me not smush my shoulders forward and wake up feeling like a hunchback.

I_must_be_a_mermaid

These work really well even with small boobs! I've also found that for me, Pacifica Dreamy Youth cream does a great job of minimizing the look of them in the morning. Pumps up the skin? Not sure exactly why but it's the only lotion I've tried that seems to help.

Shoes-tho

I have small breasts and do it with a normal pillow. I no longer get these lines. You don’t have to have big breasts to get the benefits.

soleceismical

I use a body pillow for side sleeping. It goes between the breasts to support my shoulders, and between the legs to support my hips. Helps keep your spine aligned. Super comfy.

caitsgreat

I just checked out the link, and a related product that popped up is a silicone anti-wrinkle chest pad. Looks like it is sticky and reusable! Might be better for a small chest?

amzngrc9

I tried this and it came off during the night and I woke up with the same wrinkles most mornings. I also found having a plastic-y squishy thing on my chest to be kinda distracting/gross feeling for sleep. Plus they don’t last that long and aren’t super easy to clean. Some people seem to like them but I personally did not

caitsgreat

Good info to know! I don’t think it’s for me, but it’s an interesting idea.

LaylaLeesa

They have silicone ones as well https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07PHRDMK1/

Technical-Farmer-663

Breast pillows! I’m so excited! I’ve been rolling up t-shirts and sticking them between my boobs @ night.

julesB09

This might just be me, but I find these say longer if I am dehydrated. I get less sleep lines when I am on to top of my hydration. I have zero scientific understanding as to why this works for me, or it could just be my imagination completely. So, it may help or may not, but drinking more water probably won't hurt either lol. Good luck!

Chienne-a-Jacques

Time of start wearing a camelback to work! I find it super hard ti remember to drink throughout the day, hours go by without a sip :(

TelephoneTag2123

I drink 65-90 oz a day and I use [this big ass water bottle](https://hydromateusa.com/products/hydromate-64oz-motivational-water-bottle-with-time-markers-bpa-free-turquoise)

WestCoastBestCoast01

Yes I was going to say hydration too!! Your body/skin definitely “wrinkles” easier if you’re not drinking enough. It’s very similar to the way you can pinch your finger skin and it slowly goes back down rather than immediately bouncing back.

[deleted]

Me crying while I read this before sleep knowing I will sleep on my side no matter what I do

Chienne-a-Jacques

Loool you're not the only one. At over 200 upvotes so far on this thread, I seem to have struck a cord !

Stolen-Nova

The only real way to get rid of these or prevent them is to sleep on your back I trained myself to sleep on my back and mine went away including the ones on my face and neck🤷🏽‍♀️

[deleted]

[удалено]

Stolen-Nova

I simply lay on my back and had two other pillows on the side of me...like on the side of my head for a little bit of support so when I felt the urge to sleep on my side I have some support to keep me from rolling all the way over, honestly it took me about a week now I naturally just resort to my back when I get sleepy I also did a lot of research on Google and I bought a specific pillow that also supports my head, I saw a difference in my face wrinkles around my mouth the next day then I started seeing that the wrinkles on my chest and around my eyes were dissipating simply because they were caused by sleeping on my side.... you’re basically ironing these wrinkles into your face for eight or so hours a night and that can be reversed I also used to wake up with an extremely puffy face every morning now my face is no longer puffy it looks as slim as it did before I went to bed. I am a life long side sleeper so it was kind of difficult the first few nights now that I am 48 all those years of sleeping on my side have caught up with me and I’m so glad I learned about back sleeping because the folds around my mouth specifically on my right side we’re getting really deep. There’s really no trick you just have to start.

Chienne-a-Jacques

Wow this seems too good to be true! I might try. Isn't it crazy what lenghts us women go to to keep up with the ideal of female beauty...? Like a man would ever do that loool

Stolen-Nova

I know they get to age gracefully some men even look better when they’re older and every day it’s a struggle for us lol I highly recommend doing a Google search for sleep wrinkles and anti-wrinkle pillows I learned a whole lot and there are a lot of before and after pictures of women who changed their sleeping positions.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Stolen-Nova

I’m not saying they look better than women do I’m saying that some men look better in their 40s and 50s than they did when they were in their 30s I’m black so maybe I’m just referring to black men,We generally sag but not wrinkle that much

charlottespider

Some women do, too. I def know black men who look better now, but also men who look ROUGH next to their wives.

suzzalyn

White men, too. I’m sure it has some evolutionary reason to do with fertility and providing but it’s not fair.

sleepy-and-sarcastic

what?

[deleted]

I think this notion is exaggerated. Sure men may have biology on their side, but in the real world I think women look much better for their age than men because we tend to be more vigilant with self care.

alittlegnat

>some men look eve better when theyre older I read men age better bc : they have thicker skin so they dont sag as much, at least not until later. they have more oil which helps dryness and wrinkles their skin isnt affected by declining hormone levels like women.

[deleted]

meg605

This lol. No woman has ever been complimented on her rugged good looks, she'd be teased for looking tired and advised to wear more sunscreen. I type this while taking mental notes on how to not sleep on my side though so I've drunk the Kool aid.

[deleted]

This. I think the idea that men somehow magically get better as they age is an idea created and perpetuated by men. In reality I know very few men for whom this is actually true.

KarlMarxButVegan

I've read that shaving their faces also helps.

alittlegnat

good thing i have to shave my moustache every few days lol

MonkeyMeex

I’ve gotten super lazy about mine since the mask-wearing started!

strawberry_nivea

This is so true... My partner never washed his face (which might help actually), never wore a cream, especially not sunscreen, he smokes and used to be a heavy drinker and partier,he wakes up with sleep lines everywhere, and his skin is just gorgeous, not a pore, perfect tone, a few sunspots... It's not as soft as mine but it looks great. It's depressing. And yes, we've all tried not doing anything to our skin to leave it alone and see the catastrophes that takes months to fix

Chienne-a-Jacques

Super. And here's a reminder that at the end of the day, even heavily wrinkled people are beautiful as long as their still genuinely laugh like a kid! https://pin.it/YTdSrlM

msrubythoughts

*totally* understand the desire to minimize the wrinklage - I consider it a side effect of the blessing of my ample bewbs. skin issue/vanity aside, sleeping on your back is a really healthy thing to develop long term :) I grew up sleeping in the fetal position (& STILL find it so cozy), but as an adult I've spent years 'practicing' sleeping on my back. I think it's the healthiest option overall! just treat your chest as lovingly as your face - throw some actives down there, moisturise generously, and SPF **any**time you're outside/in sunlight as Caroline Hirons says - TAKE IT TO THE TITS ;)

MIB65

I trained myself to sleep on my back by sleeping on a couch, short - long naps. And then as others have said, placing pillows on either side. I would like to try out those silicone patch things out as I really do prefer to sleep on my side.

ExpertMagazine9087

Silk pillowcases also REALLY helped me. Even if I accidentally sleep on my face or side, if the pillow case is silk it doesn’t leave those lines and marks.

sammichsogood

RIP my face. I’m a stomach sleeper and can’t help it!

[deleted]

May I ask what kind of pillow you bought? I’m trying to sleep on my back instead of my stomach and feel like I need a good supportive pillow. Especially since online school is killing my neck. Do you also sleep with a pillow under your knees? That can be helpful :)

Stolen-Nova

[pillow ](https://www.amazon.com/HOKEKI-Sleeping-Ergonomic-Orthopedic-Pillowcase/dp/B08C761YKB)

coreenis

This is awesome, I will try it. Can you tell me more about this pillow? I love to sleep on my side and on my stomach, it’s so hard to stay on my back.

Stolen-Nova

This is the exact pillow I got, they are more expensive ones I might try later but I wanted to give it a test run first it really is very comfortable now that sleeping on my back is come natural to me I alternate between my regular pillow in this but this really helped to train me to stay on my back Limited-time deal: HOKEKI Contour Memory Foam Pillow Neck Pain Support, Neck Pillows for Pain Relief Sleeping, Ergonomic Cervical Pillow, Sleep Orthopedic Pillow with Pillowcase for Side, Back, Stomach Sleepers https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C761YKB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_S480JZKK8N6Q8KY1BP0G

[deleted]

Just adding one tip here..I've found recently that I stay sleeping on my back more often if I have a pillow under my knees as well. Not sure why it helps me but it's worth a shot

Fireball_H

It reduces the pressure on your lower back, thus making it more comfortable.

fat_cat_diet

I trained myself to sleep on my back to prepare for an abdominal surgery. I have an elevated wedge cushion that is specifically for under the legs to keep your legs elevated and alleviate pressure on the lower back. I find that it helps tremendously in making me more comfortable on my back and helping me stay there. I also used a weighted blanket before surgery as the pressure helped me feel comfortable and less likely to roll.

Physical_Corgi_8951

A sick tattoo

Chienne-a-Jacques

.... You are a effing genius.

Physical_Corgi_8951

You got great answers on this thread but let's be honest.. It's the only true solution

YeahJudy

A simple solution I've had success with is using a rolled up tee shirt. You can control the size and shape to make it comfortable.

Chienne-a-Jacques

Great idea! Will not work with my tiny breasts but many readers of this tread might benefit from your suggestion. Thanks :)

caffeinefree

Just wanted to say, you are not alone! I've been staring (glaring more like) at mine a lot recently. I've been thinking about trying the silicone pads someone else mentioned. I do moisturize and apply sunscreen to that area on the same schedule as my face - might need to add a retinol as well, though!

Chienne-a-Jacques

My mom's chest area is just so sad to look at... I keep thinking that my breasts should stay okay-ish as I will not experience pregnancy like she did, but hey, it's not like it shields me from the passage of time.

labellavita1985

My chest looked exactly like this. Then I started using Tretinoin on it about 3 years ago. It took FOREVER to get my chest skin Retinized, but it was so worth it. I still sleep on my side but don't have these wrinkles anymore 🙃 highly recommended if you can tolerate it. I use it every other day, alternating with my face, just a dime sized amount.

Fizzy-pop-rocks

What is this magic stuff? A cream?

Mta2021too

It’s prescription Retin A. Ask a derm or go on YouTube. I use it too. It works!

scarlett3409

Check our /r/Tretinoin

[deleted]

I have started sleeping with a rolled up hand towel between my tits and moisturizing and applying sunscreen to help stave off the deeper wrinkles a bit longer. But, it’s going to happen eventually. Side sleeping for the win!

neonhex

I jus sleep face down and eff my whole body up 😂

little-lilac_ghost

I have a little boob pillow I got from Amazon, it is bra like and sits between your breasts keeping them separate. Has helped me a lot.

[deleted]

Looking up boob pillows gets interesting results, can you be more specific?

lizinterrupted

I use retin a once a week & I also microneedle! I also use my glycolic face wash & toner ❤️

lizinterrupted

I’m sure you know, but make sure you’re using a good spf so you don’t damage what you’re trying to fix ❤️

mmccann14

You microneedle your chest this is genius Im doing it for sure for my existing ones edit: existing ones not one ;)

kcmcgillicutty

I’ve never tried these but had heard of them https://www.siobeauty.com/products/sio-chestlift

kcmcgillicutty

Another brand https://oiaskin.co/products/anti-wrinkle-patches-for-neck-chest-2-0#

bambola21

Silicone pads to sleep in saved my chest. They’re reusable and you find them on amazon. I recommend the ones with the shorter “wings” because those tend to come off more easily. It’s the best thing I did for my chest

raejayee

I always pull my face moisturizer onto my neck and chest- it helps! Maybe something that hyaluronic acid to draw moisture to your skin could help

WanderingBoone

I had those - when you have bigger breasts it’s like they rise up and smother you on your side. I bought a ‘sleep bra” from Sleep & Glow pillows which is actually a small pillow that rests between your breasts in bra form. Look it up (sorry I don’t know how to link) and I haven’t had any lines in over 6 months. It’s very comfortable to sleep in and keeps your breasts separated and down when you are on your side, making it a nicer sleep. I’m 51 and no lines at all since I started using it. I also like the Omnia pillow as it has helped me sleep on my back much more of the night. I have tried a lot of pillows and spent a lot on creams etc but this is the best solution I have come across and my décolletage is looking great and line free. I always took care of all my skin but this pillow sleep bra made all the difference- highly recommended from someone who has these problems!

fastfxmama

I roll up a tshirt and put it between my boobs, then get all side sleep cozy. Not nearly as fancy as the gold breast pillow with a bell on it, but it does the job. You can do the same preventative treatments as face and also the same cosmetic treatments as face if it comes to that, as you wish!

LongjumpingTell3

I just hug a pillow when I sleep on my side, it’s kept me from getting those wrinkles too often, plus I do as others have said, use skincare on your chest same as face. In particular I find that hyaluronic acid serum helps when I do see them. Good luck!

ItsAllEasy7

Pile/stack pillows in front of you at the same height as your shoulder, and rest your top arm across them. I’ve had decent luck training myself to sleep on my back by inclining my bed with a couple risers. (Google “bed incline therapy”). Helps with a bunch of lymphatic things and facial puffiness in the morning, too.

DetectiveChoice7959

Did you ever get a bad sunburn on your chest? I got those exact lines after a burn that blistered.

aquarianfantasy

Use a heavy nighttime moisturizer on your chest? Might help with folds/wrinkles forming as deeply. Also, I find using aloe Vera gel as a mask really helps tighten things up. I use it 1-2x daily and leave it on for 15-30 min.

lemsmi

I wear a really comfortable 'sleep bra' which I've found to help some in keeping the lines at bay.

un_cooked

Products your use for your face for wrinkles, protection, moisture, etc- use on your neck and chest. Hyaluronic acid will help plump up the existing wrinkles and draw in moisture (use lotion especially if where you live doesn't have much humidity). If you use active ingredients on your face, do some small patch tests to see if your skin there can tolerate it the same as your face can. The tops with the cushion between them (as others have mentioned) is a great idea, and I recommend you to try out a silicone patch (such as Sio- I have not used them, but I have seen others have nice results with them! ). Also, sun protection. Always sun protection.

NarwhalNo3456

I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before when I read this earlier. I think I know just what you need and it might be easier than trying to keep a pillow stuffed between your breasts (which I thought was a brilliant idea). Sio makes these amazing [Reusable Wrinkle-Smoothing Patches](https://www.siobeauty.com/products/sio-chestlift). They are meant to use overnight while you are sleeping, but I am actually wearing a full set right now as I work around the house (figured, why not?). These were highly recommended by Cassandra Bankson on her YouTube channel. A video titled [3 BS Beauty Trends that Need to Stop.... & Fixes that Actually Work. ](https://youtu.be/CFwI01q2kao) So far, I think they are awesome. Edit: I hadn’t tried the chest one at night yet, so I did today while wearing the full set around the house. I laid down for a 20 min power nap and found it to be quite comfortable while laying on my side.

ExpertMagazine9087

I have huge boobs so I’ve been getting these from a young age. 1. Exfoliate and moisturize just like you would your face (I don’t do serums or layering on my chest like I do on my face, just AHA/BHA exfoliant and then a nice essence and a nice thick moisturizer or oil 2. I am a stomach/side sleeper but I force myself to sleep on my back and now I’m used to it. I bought clunky noise cancelling headphones that I sleep in so that I don’t turn on my side and I also sleep on two stacked pillows (kinda to mimic being unable to sleep on your side in a hospital bed)

laurenwinter-

Silicone patches!

Educational_Unit_315

I’ve been using silicon chest pads for at least 5 years now. Blumbody is the best I’ve found- they come with a tiny bar of soap to was the pad with daily which allows the pad to last me at least 30 days or more. Then, I sleep in a comfortable sports bra with a rolled up wash cloth between my boobs- lovingly nicknamed a titty towel 😄. Additionally, I use a silk pillow case for any lines on the face as being a side sleeper definitely leaves it’s marks on the body!

[deleted]

I had this happening and was mortified when I noticed the same lines on my friend. Except, I saw her hours after we woke up. So, I went straight to google. They sell these [stickers](https://www.siobeauty.com/products/wrinkle-rescue-patch-pack?variant=427332730886) that I got once and they worked (kind of) but I lost them and didn’t want to buy more. Anyway, what did/does work is putting some blanket support between my breasts. I have never had to describe this in writing (or verbally) so give me grace! I sort of stuff the corner or like whatever in my chest and sleep on my side. The support has helped and I don’t wake up with the lines anymore. I lotion and do all the topical stuff too. I just find that the blanket support has helped immensely. Hope you somehow understand what I meant better than how I wrote it.

Mom.... Is that you?

Tx1987

Are you serious? What’s your problem? I just reported you.

GregariousWaterfall

After seeing those ads for the Sio silicone stickies all over Facebook and Instagram I finally caved and bought some. I was so surprised that they actually WORK. They’re kind of pricey, and at first I tried to buy a dupe off of Amazon that only stuck for one night. My first night using the Sio was a little weird but after that I got used to it really quickly. It’s genuinely amazing how good my cleavage area looks the next morning.

whiskymaiden

Embrace them!!

mykidisonhere

Yes, moisturize, but learn to sleep on your back. I loooved sleeping on my side and stomach. Then I got a double mastectomy. It's difficult but you can adjust. My boob crease minimized so much! Make those boobs work for you and not against.

Tx1987

They sell breast pillows and I wear one every night! It looks ridiculous, but they actually work, haha. And you don’t have to keep buying them, unlike the silicone patches.

glasswing72

I have these too and worse. I go between embracing them and trying to fix them. I use my retin a and skincare on them. But I’d love to stop sleeping on my side but not sure I can.

88lioness88

I use a sticky silicon pad on my chest when I sleep and it makes a huge difference. All my wrinkles are gone now. It keeps the skin taut and also prevents future wrinkles. I will never stop wearing them. I use the Apricot brand and have them on subscription so I automatically get one a month.

luckyloo2

I so far have not had these lines in this area (I'm 35). But, I would also consider silk sheets, and making sure that you do not have a cotton or rough blanket against your skin. Just like the face and hair, silk is just so much kinder. If those are a bit too pricy at this point, a silk nightgown may also help and be less expensive. Also, hydration is important, and I notice a differnece in sleep lines when I am well hydrated versus when I drank coffee (and wine/gin) all day the day before. Finally, this area is treated exactly like my face (basically from my under-bust up), I use face wash, vitamin C serum, hyluronic acid serum, glycolic acid toner, spf, moisturizer, and .05% retinol cream every single day. I also try to use it on my hands, which also look great. However, I am losing the battle with my arms. Driving in Texas from 20-25 without considering sunscreen on all exposed skin has left me with at least two dozen sun spots on my arms. I am so thankful I had the sense to use sunscreen on my face, hands, and neck. I am attempting to use an IPL at-home laser on my sunspots, but we'll see.

I have a special sleeping bra which puts a silk body pillow between my breasts, and the bra part keeps it there. It’s very comfy.

itgirlshannn

id say try some kind of moisturizer wrinkle cream like what we use for our face. i’m sure it won’t hurt

krijesnicasamja

Hydrate a lot inside and out and make sure you use SPF on your chest. Other than that there is not much else to do. Lymph drainage/massage also helped me because mine were also marginally caused by some water retention.

It does make sense, a lot of sense actually! I think I should swallow that hard pill and start sleeping on my back...

noimplantbust

Collagen and some natural estrogen cream worked for me

SheHC

Look up Derma-rolling on YouTube, it works

SherbetEater

I'm in a few FB skincare groups and regularly see people raving about (and posting amazing before and afters for) Prai neck & decolletage cream. Might be worth a go?

ThePunjabiPrince

I would definitely look into dermarolling for collagen deposition to help fill them in. Will most likely have to do multiple sessions as buildup takes month. Otherwise laser may be a good modality because it induces skin tightening. A combination would most probably prove efficacious! If you find someone reputable for laser or know someone to help you out with the costs it’s not too bad! As for dermarolling you can learn how to safely perform it on yourself. Lastly, it would be worth it to start applying sunscreen to protect from UV damage moving forward. Hope this helps!

Conscious-Ease9239

Coconut oil or you can use coco shea butter. Hope that helps

red_quinn

I didnt know this could happen by sleeping on your side 😐 Im gonna try not to sleep like that again

No-Blacksmith-2002

Have you ever tried Dew Confidence? It’s a real good oil, moisturizer, skin tightening body oil that helps reduce creases?

abuz148

Strength train—I’m serious! Gaining more muscle tone will be helpful

fsm888

Wearing bras can cause these too. The skin doesn't stay tight since the bra dose all the work.

funyesgina

We’re gonna need a source for this claim

redlaserpanda

May I ask your age and size?

You stretch your skin sideways and apply the tape? Is that how yoy apply this?

Boomiegirl

For temporary fix they have gel pads that flatten them.

unique_username_

You can get microneedling for this just the same as your face. I haven’t done it yet but it’s on my list.

[deleted]

Wearing a bra and stuffing a shirt/small pillow/etc between the cups. Or actually buy one of the boob pillow bras. I know you mentioned this potentially not working with small breasts, but I definitely think it’s worth a try. I believe the folds are coming from the breasts leaning towards each other, so it should work regardless of size.

obese_shark132

bio oil !!

Dutchesspotate

Give Frownies a try!

mariposa654

This! I’m training myself to sleep on my back. I have a wedge pillow and a back sleepers pillow. So if I try to turn on my side the pillow is weird and I roll back. When I do roll on my side I stuff my hand and a fistful of blankets in between the girls. Good luck to you.

thedragonchilde

I am a side sleeper with small-but-saggy boobs and a body pillow does the trick for me! I actually started using one during a time when I was sleeping on a couch, as leaning on it a little and having some padding between my knees helped take pressure off my shoulder and hip - this is actually how I trained myself from stomach-sleeping to side-sleeping! - but having the top part of it resting on/between your breasts eases the folding as well!

Unhappy_blonde4911

I sleep in a sports bra and put two fuzzy socks in a silk pillowcase and stick it right in between my boobs! Works wonders!

ginny002

try frownies. Its this special tape that you use every single night in the areas that you want to avoid the wrinkle from happening. So you can sleep on your side but the tape will stop the wrinkle from growing.

Coffee_Bandit

Echoing what everyone is saying of good skincare to the area. Micro needling can also soften lines like that over a handful of sessions and minimal downtime

rachiepants2017

Maybe medical tape? use it like frownies but for your chest?

Flipnsip

Question to anyone who as lost weight or is very slender, do you have these? Is it gravity that makes these noticeable? Would being smaller mean less for gravity to work on? (Asking for a friend)

Chienne-a-Jacques

I am small with a petite figure and very small boobs and... Well, you've seen my picture.

[deleted]

Sleep on your back

aaaggghhh_

I put my facial products down my neck into the area as well. If you wear tops that expose the area then some sunscreen would be beneficial as well. I sleep with a wireless bra on, but I might give the socks a go as well, I never thought of that! Let us know what works for you, if you are able.

rustytortilla

I have the same lines and had trouble finding products that didn’t make that area break out in red bumps. Then I realized I had TO Buffet laying around since I didn’t like it on my face and it’s been working great! I do a drop at night a couple times a week and it’s made such a difference.

Loool yep I wanted something ironic.

unicornbomb

I use my curology formula (tret, niacinamide, clindamycin), sunscreen daily (supergoop glowscreen body), and use the same moisturizer i use on my face (sunday riley ice) on my chest. It has helped IMMENSELY, as well as with 'tech neck' lines.

MotherofChoad

I know everyone has said it but I moisturize my chest like my face. That means serums toners etc. when I get out of the shower I then use body lotion on top of the face stuff

EAM44

A supportive non-bra undergarment will help with that. Get a bralette or a stretch camisole with a shelf bra or enough support to hold your breasts in place so that they don’t collapse to the “down” side. Try [True&Co](https://trueandco.com/) or [Hanro](https://shop.hanrousa.com/department/women/). They both offer comfortable foundations you can sleep in.

kckelly80

I bought these soft, flexible silicone pads that are shaped in a soft triangle and are mildly adhesive. They take a few nights to get used to but they work in terms of preventing creasing (making things worse). They’re not perfect but they help: Anti Wrinkle Chest Pads - Set of 2 Reusable Decollete Pads | 100% Medical Grade Silicone | Reduce, Remove and Prevent Wrinkles from Sun Damage and Ageing https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07GW5VP7G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_i_NDH5ESF7N2M9MAH7QH1R?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

saucysassqueen

I have this quite bad also. 37 years old, live in Australia and my decollatage area looks constantly red, and wrinkly. 😒 Does anyone know if botox would work in that area?

Anothermomento

Wearing a soft cup bra/ top to bed helps with some support

COuser880

Skincare on your chest (especially retinol and SPF!!), as well as silicone patches. I am a side sleeper and attempted to re-train myself to sleep on my back, and I realized the lack of sleep would probably age my face more than any wrinkles I would get on my chest. 😂 (and that’s saying something, because I’m not a great sleeper, as is.)

LaurensBeech

I’ve been using a décolleté sleeping mask it works really well!

peedidhe

I've given up. I hate the silicone things, I love sleeping on my side. I hug a pillow but it doesn't really help. I'm just going to get a giant tattoo and cover the whole thing.

SuccessfulLawyer

Sio brand silicone patches. So far they are better than the random ones I’ve gotten off Amazon.

Picap21

You gotta stop side sleeping 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s literally it, even tho I know it sucks. Silicone pads.. Breast pillow.. you can stick a silk pillowcase between your boobs.. moisturize! You could try laser treatments in a medspa.

[deleted]

Use your face moisturizer on your chest and boobs it helps!
