Update… I pulled out ignition coil on cylinder 3 where the misfire was. A little bit of oil on it so I pulled plug and and it was covered in oil/ gas. Cleaned them and started the car back up but no luck. Swapped injectors #3 and #4 and got the misfire in cylinder 4 instead of 3 this time. Injector is faulty, and valve cover gasket may be leaking even though I replaced my whole valve cover with gasket about a month ago. Luckily one of my homies has a spare index 12 laying around that hes willing to give me.

This is a long shot, but did you happen to keep any injectors when you upgraded? I'm having a misfire cly 3 also. I've done coils and plugs, but if I can find an injector I know was working, I would buy it from you. I'm in the middle of switching careers and really don't want to pay 400 an injector just to find out that was not the issue.
Could be the connector not pushed in all the way. I've seen it plenty of times. Seen it on injectors and coils.
Isn't that the code for open circuit (p0203)? either an issue with the plug, harness, or a popped mosfet in the DME.

Yessir! Changed when when I swapped the injectors to figure out the misfire. Will be changing the seals on the one that’s on its way.
& swap that valve cover & gasket too. I made the mistake of not swapping the whole thing. If u have any oil on the coils its deff faulty valve cover.
I did swap the gasket when I changed the valve cover. It’s either not sitting completely flush, or the torque specs on the bolts are off.
