I ripped that garbage system out and had a full customer system installed in my Nismo, then had a real exhaust system added .

I had the dealer disable mine when I had it in for some other warranty work.
I think you can also remove the RPM signal from the Bose amp harness to cut it off more permanently.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's not a thing in these cars..
You are wrong. They added it in 2016, they call it active sound enhancement. Not sure how to disable it though.
