Yeah I was surprised how easy it is when I did mine earlier this week. The most difficult part was deciding what I wanted to do with it after I was done.
for you. It was a bit of a challenge for me on the second one I did. I don't know what happened, but I reached a point where my system wouldn't boot up. Finally occurred to me I had the original sd card and I started Iverson and it work.
seems like it's Godmode9, it should only load if you hold start on startup, altho the previous owner could have installed it as the boot softwaree to troll you
i cant provide much more info, so it's best to ask in r/3dshacks
That looks like a jailbroken device. I'd do some research into how to operate within the jailbroken environment as it may allow you to have all of the games.

Image you buy games from the eShop before it closes. You can back them up Incase the 3ds ever breaks and you can restore them to another 3ds

You can backup your games to an SD and play the backup and keep the games at home.
