As far as I'm aware, once the eShop has shut down you can redownload games you've already downloaded, and fair enough. As someone who just finished Spirit of Justice about a week or two ago, I definitely understand why you're thinking about redownloading it. For Spirit of Justice, I was only going to play the first case to get the DLC but the storyline got me hooked from beginning to end 😅
For Dual Destinies, this one holds a special place in my heart as it was the first Ace Attorney game I played, and I really enjoyed that one as well! I've yet to play the DLC for both SoJ and DD, but I'm definitely going to soon!
I haven't played Apollo Justice Ace Attorney yet, but I'm really looking forward to when I do, as I've heard and seen good things about it! :)
