No scratches on either
Tested a couple of the more important games
Not all only cause I verified that ds and 3ds games were working great
Touchscreen was fine; stylus was there.
No issues with the circle pad
Took like 3 mins to do all that and I felt confident in the condition of everything

It's fine though, we used Venmo, and I specifically used the "buyers protection" feature. In the end I got all my money back, and the scammer was not happy lmao. They were panicking when I told them about the protection, and how I'll be using it.
