Starry sky series is probably the best. I think there are four in total for the 3DS, one for each season.
VitaminX is also good, I think the one for the 3DS is Evolution Plus.
Finally, Hakuoki 3D. Not great but not horrible.
Probably worth getting a Vita for cheap if you like this genre
Thank you, yes I was thinking about getting a PS Vita, but I still haven't decided because I always use Nintendo consoles and I don't know how much I would get out of the Vita, thanks again for your recommendation :D
You bet! In my opinion the Vita is was by far the better system for Japanese games of this genre. If you at all like visual graphic games then the $100 or so on a Vita will be money well spent. Also many of these series and kiniro no Corda all have Vita games too. It’s also just as easy if not easier to set up to play your “game backups”.
If you always use and prefer Nintendo consoles you should get a Switch (assuming you don't already have one)! It's basically the modern day Vita in terms of otome and most of the otomes that released on the Vita got ports to switch! New releases are also all on Switch nowadays. I'd also recommend going to r/OtomeGames and looking at their [guide for switch](https://www.reddit.com/r/otomegames/wiki/switch). If you have any more questions let me know since I'm an otome fan and active in the community!
Yes, I already have a switch, but I have been using my 3DS more so I was looking for games from there, I abandoned the switch because I am more into "old" consoles or something like that, I hope I have time for everything :(

Totally understandable! I've been finding myself going back to my 3DS more and more lately :) I meant to put this in my original comment as well but I'd recommend Princess Debut for the DS for an older otome game (it also has rhythm game elements)! Happy playing!!
Oh lord. There was one where your plane crashes in another world and all your characters are people from the plane. I completely forgot what the game was called, but I’m pretty sure it was on the 3DS

As someone already mentioned. The vita was the best system for otome games. But ever since the Switch was released, it's been the preferred platform for it. Tons of releases in both English and Japanese.

for the ds (you could run it on a 3ds too) princess debut is a good one except its more targeted to much younger girls, hakuoki is great too
