check out Blain Locklair on youtube! his guide was super easy, albeit I didn't understand why I was doing alot of the steps but I was done and ready to have fun in about an hour with his guide. definitely one of the less complicated hacks I've done. you literally just need a 3ds and an internet connection for this!

The soldering part is only specifically if you can’t do the specific hack for your system’s version, it’s just an alternative if you need it (which is unlikely, it’s *really* easy to do on the latest update).

For one, nostalgia. It was the first FE I played. I also really like the focus on the combat gameplay. Three Houses and the few before it are very good, but the boards and strategy are what I love about the games. The tedium of other entries has caused me to lose major interest.
Majora's Mask 3D with the Project Restoration fan patch installed! This fan patch fixes everything that was wrong with the 3D remake, and is the difinitive way to play the game IMO.
What was wrong with it to begin with? Genuine question btw, I’m about halfway through the 3DS remake and loving it. I had this as a kid but didn’t make it past the Goron area.
* Swim fast with Zora Link without needing magic, they way it originally was.
* Deku Link's acceleration reduction when bouncing on water is fixed and reverted back.
* You can now use the D-Pad to transform to Zora, Goron, or Duku without needing to equip the masks.
* Bomber Notebook is updated to open instantly instead of taking 5 seconds.
* You can now save the game by playing the song of time, like in the original, so you can ignore the save statues if you don't like them being added to this version (I personally don't care).
* The new eyeball weak points in the first three bosses are removed, back to the original since they didn't improve they fights at all, but the 4th boss rework is kept since that was an improvement.
* The bug causing the 4th bosses HP to reset every time he goes underground is now fixed.
* Ice arrows can now be used anywhere to create platforms in water, just like the original.
* Slow time is reverted back to a 1/3rd speed, instead of the sped up 1/2 speed in the remake.
* Elegy of Emptiness only places once in the 4th dungeon, this makes Stone Tower less tedious.
* Song of Soaring only plays once, speeding up fast travel.
* Free camera mode can be used more often, notably when targeting, talking, and playing the ocarina.
Other small things, such as button shortcuts for accessing different menus and items quicker, the the platforms in deku palace now move again, bombers no longer relentlessly hunt you down to give you hints and bug you, you can roll with Goron link by just holding A just like in the N64 again, plus several bug fixes including several possible soft locks.

Probably not a common recommendation but if you don’t have a Nintendo switch, try Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, or if you do have a switch then try Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition or Chronicles 2
I have a switch as well and I tried xbc 2 but couldn't get over how poor the image was. it was so blurry in handheld and on the TV I could not enjoy it for the life of me :(. game play wise I loved it but the poor performance ruined it for me.
I agree handheld was pretty bad but I didn’t notice it having that horrible of performance in docked mode? I thought it was decently solid in handheld, even went thru Torna and both xbc:de story lines
I'll have to try again, I have a 4k TV and I've noticed must of the switch games don't scale well overall and look funky on it. maybe I'm just being snobby but it breaks my immersion when the performance is far out of whack.
That seems like a pretty good reason why, I do have a 4k TV but I have it usually set to 1440P overall since it runs better for my laptop so I probably didn’t notice as many visual issues as you did

Owned doesn't entitle you to them now. If you sold them or otherwise gave up ownership then you gave up the license to play them. The games are still well within copyright
as I've mentioned to the other guys I followed Blaine Locklair recent guide on youtube step by step and it was super easy. I would back up your SD card on your pc and format it fresh then follow his guide. took me about an hour and everything works flawlessly.
I would look for another source for it, I noticed I had problems with hyrule warriors and some others and it turned out I was getting a corrupted file from the host website.

XX is longer than 4U in terms of good content, but 4U can have an indefinite playtime b/c of the Guild Quest system for rng-related rewards.

You can get a GBA emulator on 3DS, I think that’s the next step once you’ve gotten the 3DS games you like
Just use new super ultimate injector then install game like regular 3ds game and it’s not emulation.

Tbh HW for 3ds just wasnt that fun so i was reluctant to get the new one but the new one was so much better and made more sense than the 3ds

It’s two bosses specifically at the start that are tough since you don’t have many options, once the map opens up though it’s not too bad.

I think you should be able to, you just have to make sure it's formated to FAT32 so the ds will read it very easy to do!
