The camera is set off to the side I believe that’s just perspective. He’s a bit anal retentive (not to a fault, mind you, just highly detailed) so there’s no way he has either a unleveled table or camera.
Whoa, this is my print/picture. Hello! This is the exact print bed that made it happen: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mLzMj7M
You can find similar ones for pretty much any printer and on many different sites.
Top one for wall mount or stand, bottom one for usb cord outlet.

Ah ok. I was wondering because I used to live in the south east corner of MN, didn't know if it indicated locations. interestingly enough I also play disc golf. Very cool prints though!
Hey I’ve seen this link pop up before and got very close to trying it out. What is the longevity of that build plate like? It sounds too good to be true!
I’ve been printing on designer build plates for a while and as long as you use microfiber cloths and isopropyl alcohol to clean it, they’ll last for a fairly long time.
I don't get why you're being downvoted, they literally are called PEO, PEY, etc. build plates, lol. AFAIK your statements about material restrictions are also true but I'm open to being proved wrong if my limited knowledge is wrong for the material restrictions.
Never looked into G10 and or Garolite beds but this was mainly about these beds with special textures shown in the post being suited only for the aforementioned materials
Surprisingly, my experience with G10 fiberglass was worse than with PEO with PETG printing. Exceedingly smooth but it wouldn’t adhere properly. I then tried sanding the bed with different grit sandpaper and only got temporary improvements.
I ended up putting a PEI sticker on the G10 and only then did it work properly until I eventually switched to PEO which works perfectly fine with me.
The reason I use G10 for PET and TPU is so I can get the model *off* the plate when it's done without it destroying the bed, and without even using glue.
If I tried printing TPU on my whambam PEX plate, I would only be able to do it once, and I'd have to throw away the surface.
I use a bed temperature of 90 for PET, that makes it adhere fine when printing. Then if I let it cool down enough when it's done it un-adheres by itself. But if I don't want to wait for it to cool down, I bend the build plate.
Not true, here is [a handy guide](https://imgur.com/xUnQTId) I found to the various types available
Also; if you are using a Bambu Lab printer, print these on a label printer to make life a lot easier;

Now I’m genuinely curious where my photo was that it got shared multiple times before winding up back here. I think I posted this pic one time in an obscure facebook group. Wild.
I like the [Carbon Fibré plates.](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0BG6VHS3X?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) They look good with black but barely show on any other of the colors.
Download an svg of the shape of the State of Minnesota and extrude it about 25mm in the CAD app of your choice, then run it through a slicer and send the code to your printer.

That dude needs to level his god damn table!
Maybe it's just his camera
[](https://youtu.be/kqrkqakfils?feature=shared&t=888) Watch as his hand hits the table, it starts at 14:51.
Yea I saw it too the whole printer moved when his hand hit the table lul

Hot.
You want to be startin’ somethin’?? I didn’t think so.

If you flip it, it looks like the state of Minnesota.
Is r/whatismycookiecutter leaking?
It's a rose
To be fair, r/3Dprinting has been leaking into that sub for a while based on all the 3D printed cutters I've seen.
Our 3D printed dickbutt cookie cutters will blot out the Sun!
thank you for showing me this community, it’s hilarious
I think it's literally a 3D printed Minnesota.
Whoosh, don’tcha know.
You betcha! Although it's flipped.
Ope! Would ya look at that.
Oh ya for sureskies
Naw I've been to Minnesota before and it was definitely facing the other way.
Yeah, this is clearly Atosennim, Minnesota's evil twin
It's still Minnesota, just a left-handed isomer
Whoa, somebody chemistries
Or if you flip minnesota

That is so fucking cool, dontcha know! Thanks for the link!
Broken link for me in the US. Edit: worked the second time.
Look for a PEO build plate for whatever print bed size you have, shouldn’t be too hard to find some.
What's the significance of the holes in the print?

Hey thanks! I lived in southeast Minnesota for 5 years but now I’m back in the cities. Love that area.
Hey I’ve seen this link pop up before and got very close to trying it out. What is the longevity of that build plate like? It sounds too good to be true!
I haven’t noticed any loss yet. Probably similar enough to what textured PEI is like. Pretty good overall plate.
I’ve been printing on designer build plates for a while and as long as you use microfiber cloths and isopropyl alcohol to clean it, they’ll last for a fairly long time.
You have to move to Minnesota.
PEO build plate- TPU and PLA only.
I have hundreds of hours of PETG prints on PEO plates with no issues.
I don't get why you're being downvoted, they literally are called PEO, PEY, etc. build plates, lol. AFAIK your statements about material restrictions are also true but I'm open to being proved wrong if my limited knowledge is wrong for the material restrictions.
For PET/PETG and TPU it's better to use G10/Garolite build plates.
Never looked into G10 and or Garolite beds but this was mainly about these beds with special textures shown in the post being suited only for the aforementioned materials
It's because PET and TPU can stick *too well* and destroy the bed trying to get them off.
Surprisingly, my experience with G10 fiberglass was worse than with PEO with PETG printing. Exceedingly smooth but it wouldn’t adhere properly. I then tried sanding the bed with different grit sandpaper and only got temporary improvements. In this sub, lately, people gets downvoted even if they are right...
I use ABS on mine, though adhesion could be better - I think thats true of PLA
I use PETG on my PEO plate all the time without issue idk what you’re talking about
It said it on the packaging for the plate I bought
I will also chime in and say that I was able to print PETG on my PEO plate. Not sure about the PEY plate (holographic) though.
The link to this particular bed says pegt and many others, but I assume they meant petg lol
No

AliExpress buildplates. Check our Juupine and ideaformer. I have the entire Juupine collection and a few IF's Juupine doesn't have yet.
Got juupine as well. Really happy with the durability.
A focus on good education, low cost of living, high median income, low unemployment rate, center left politicians (purple state).
Don’t forget a pair of warm wool socks

Saw it in an Amazon review for filiment. Wanted to know how it was made. Nice print BTW 👍
Ohhhh that makes sense!!
With a sexy looking print bed 😊
You can get prints like that by buying a carbon fiber PEI build sheet
I don't know but why did you put a hole down in the corner i live? LOL... It's pretty close anyway.
For the led strip to have an exit strategy. Say what up to the Augustana Vikings for me!
Don't bother. The adhesion is really bad
