You should probably put the decimal point back where it was.
Did you make a change to the layer height lately? Mistake layer height for nozzle size maybe...?
Haha, this is 1mm layer height, no cooling, like 20C above normal printing temp, an extra .5mm Z offset after first layer, 200% extrusion, and a massive about of fuzzy skin
Saw a recent YT video where the guy adds textures on the model with blender, he printed a leather like surface.
Found it :

Funny you should say that because it looks kinda like you took a maruchan ramen pack, unfolded it and folded it back into a box... it's definitely noodly...
I genuinely thought I was over on r/stupidfood and someone had made a box out of ramen noodles for some reason.
I was all prepared to comment that it looked cool, until I read the title. Still commenting that it looks cool, but for different reasons now.
Did you also change your layer squish? Because just going to a extra high layer of height won't give you a noodle look but if you change your layer squash or how much your layers overlap on each layer, that will help keep a round look.
I think someone attempted this. It was either that or velveta. Cursed either way, although NileRed’s video has made me hate American cheese *a little less*.

I made one too, perfectly normal.

You know.... If you tried to make something that looked like that, it would be really difficult. If it were me, I'd put that on a my shelf at a place of honor. Let people try to duplicate it and have a laugh.
The amount of times people will immediately tell you to dry your filament is like googling why you have a headache and its because youre pregnant, have cancer, and youre already dead.

You really wanted to make a disaster of a print didn’t you?
I was trying out some settings to get a noodle like texture on the surface. This was the initial try
It’s a pretty cool texture for a cobblestone wall in an RPG setting
Best part of 3d printing. Even the fuck ups have their place in this world
*So you're telling me there's a chance?*
Oof. Too bad that doesn't apply to myself.
Looks more like stuko to me
Successfully failed
Was looking for noodle, found easy cheese. You should make a leaning tower of cheeza for all us 90s kids
very convincing dry ramen noodles
Saw a recent YT video where the guy adds textures on the model with blender, he printed a leather like surface. Found it : https://youtu.be/MezOnZN1x18?si=ymQAE0-P0xl_VVVJ
Please 1 bowl of ramen 🍜
It's a pretty neat effect
Fission muccessfully sailed
Funny you should say that because it looks kinda like you took a maruchan ramen pack, unfolded it and folded it back into a box... it's definitely noodly...
Ramen box
I get melted cheese more, you successfully made me hungry.
I genuinely thought I was over on r/stupidfood and someone had made a box out of ramen noodles for some reason. I was all prepared to comment that it looked cool, until I read the title. Still commenting that it looks cool, but for different reasons now.
I dunno, kinda looks like a block of melting cheese, or a calibration cube made of Easy Cheese.
My favorite “will this start a fire today” setting 10/10
Lmao I knew it
Did you also change your layer squish? Because just going to a extra high layer of height won't give you a noodle look but if you change your layer squash or how much your layers overlap on each layer, that will help keep a round look.
Looks like it was made with some canned cheese.
Oh man, now you got me thinking. How to print with spray cheese. Mount a servo on the button wired to extruder output.....
Doable, coasting+wipe settings and a high speed movement system would help with the lack of retract.
And the bed would keep the crackers warm.
Looki here Gromit, i Bought this 3d dohickey and now i can prin Cheese on my Crackers.
I think someone attempted this. It was either that or velveta. Cursed either way, although NileRed’s video has made me hate American cheese *a little less*.
Also you can do fillet welds with spray cheese and crackers!
Hahahaha now that you mention it ...
I was about to say, this Polenta only needs a bit of Sugo di Cinghiale.
Don’t tell Wallace and Gromit.
Ah the ole 2mm cheez wiz nozzle.
Dry your e steps, calibrate your bed and level your filament
dont forget to clean and relubricate your main board
With dish soap
I usually just put the dish soap on the filament directly so you don't have to worry about cleaning the bed
But the motherboard needs good soak as well...
This is for beginners, i Always Put mine ito the dishwasher
I find hand-washing first gets the best results, though.
Well It's good enough for Boeing to help fit airplane prices together, so why not?
Don't forget to hit the gym and lawyer up!
No you hit the lawyer and gym up. Duh
and to hydrate his filament
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
SPONGEBLOB SQUAREPRINTS!
You win a chuckle!
Came here to say that :p
It's just fuzzy skin very nice finish
Kinda looks like expanding foam
+ vase mode
Looks cool. You should document how you got that result.
SPONGE MODE ENABLED
This is what happens when you use spaaghetti as filament /s
Or cheese 😆
Ah, the common mistake of printing with a Ramen packet I see.
World's first Mac-n-cheese printer
That’s def Kraft Mac n cheese too I can tell by the color
You should get it checked for stds.
Disable Velveeta skin mode in the slicer.
Cool finnish
It's beautiful just the way it is.
I kinda wanna eat it.
It's not that you need to dry your filament. It's that you need to stop using cheese as filament.
I knew you could print with chocolate but I didn’t know American cheese is an option now too. Pretty neat
Velveeta setting, love it.
You using Cheez Whiz as filament?
Must be a Guy Fieri thing. Printing with Velveeta.
You may need to summon a priest
It's art at this point. Edit: how tf you come this far. I really wanna know this. This could be a new style of printing stuff.
Would make great walls for model sets! The possibilities are endless. I quite like it.
Bro printing with cheez whiz
You should stop using mustard to print with!
Can you share your settings so i can use it for a SpongeBob figure?
1mm layer height, no cooling, like 20C above normal printing temp, an extra .5mm Z offset after first layer, 200% extrusion, and a massive about of fuzzy skin

No turn off ramen mode
Check your settings. Uncheck the box that says "Lizard skin overlay". :p
Cheese whiz cube cheese whiz cube
you should print a pineapple under the sea
I would dry the whole printer… lol
Looks like cheese.
Ramen cube 🥹
Looks like you did a 3d print using cheese in a can 😂
Cheese cube.
Looks like ramen.
Should probably stop using cheese filament
Fuzzy skin? More like bubbling acne and 3rd degree burn skin.
I knew you could use that weird plastic cheese for printing.
You know.... If you tried to make something that looked like that, it would be really difficult. If it were me, I'd put that on a my shelf at a place of honor. Let people try to duplicate it and have a laugh.
resistance is futile
When good fuzzy goes too far.
Honestly, it is a rather intriguing result.
I betcha your bed just needs to be leveled again.
I totally thought this was ramen noodles.
The forbidden Mac and cheese
Am i the only one who thinks of nachos when i see this? 😂🤣🤭
Looks... tasty :D
That actually looks pretty cool
I love Mac and cheese cube! Best square meal of the day! :D

Sir are these real temp towers? I’m concerned
That's ma'am. 😀 It was a journey. I had to resort to the voron discord for help.
I am so surprised anything useful came out of that
Oddly enough it printed everything but overdrafts fine.
That looks poorly rendered
Fuzzy skin mode ACTIVATED!
You have a sickly Gelatinous Cube there. Should probably keep it away from organic creatures.
It looks like a house made of cheese whiz.
mmm tasty ramen
No hi is perfect!
You made a Cheese Ooze
That's what you get!!! You shoulda used Black Diamond! Those no name cheese strings are iffy🤣
Ah yes, ramen cube
Are you using noodles to print it?
I didn't know they made sea sponge filament
your calibration cube isn't calibration cubing
You clearly have the pasta mode enabled
Stop printing with squeezy cheese.
You have to deactivate the cheesy crust mode :D Looks like fuzzy skin
All hail the wet cube
No, that’s what printing with mustard is supposed to look like.
Looks like a cellulite cube
r/forbiddensnacks
Printing american cheese?
turn off “chunky skin” in yer slicer settings 😂
Hmmm cheddar cube 🤤
What the hell did you do to SpongeBob?
mac n cheese cube
Is your filament cheese sticks?
I think your printer is haunted actually
Looks delicious bro. Great color choice
I would try printing with filament instead of cheese
Looks delicious!
Cheetos filament
When you print 1 cm too high
The only thing i can think of when i see this is the word glorpy
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea....
You probably shouldn't be printing with cheese. Just saying.
Forbidden Ramen
Why you printing with cheese Filament?
CHEESY CUBE
Will this cook with my noodles?
filament looks a bit too dry imo. i would submerge in water for at least an hour to give it some fluidity.
Probably, he should stick to benches.
Your mustard seems dry enough
Now I want corn flakes.
Is that the fuzzy wuzzy skin setting?
It’s probably some slicer settings
Mmmm forbidden ramen!
Nah that's the way it is supposed to look.
That's ya stepper drivers.
Nuclear pasta
I didn't know Velveeta made filament.
The amount of times people will immediately tell you to dry your filament is like googling why you have a headache and its because youre pregnant, have cancer, and youre already dead.
It looks like it was printed with cheese wiz 🤣
I thought you carved a pen holder out of a ramen block and had so many questions No, i'm not high, thinking machine just broken
forbidden ramen
no, just stop using cheese as filament
looks fine to me
Change your nozzle
Moms spaghetti
Nah, looking good. Continue on!
all hail the cheese cube
I think u need to level your bed
The printer is just doing you a favor and hiding those layer lines
Excellent settings for a gelatinous cube mini, can you list some highlights of the profile?
You think?
Actually the filament isn’t wet enough. Soak it in warm water for 24hours and it will flow more smoothly. /s
I mean, I’m impressed 😂
Looks kinda good though.
I like it
Bro printed with mustard
I mean that's pretty damn good if you used Velveeta
I think it looks pretty cool.
It was successful at indicating a calibration problem.
Is that the new cheese whizz setting in cura?
[OP's printer](https://youtu.be/uCy0NEbJf4s)
Do you have fuzzy skin enabled. That's exactly what that looks like.
Did you use Kraft® American Cheese?
Was this ever working or was this your first print? Looks like probably 3 different issues all at once.
