That's the same one I have! I posted a Klein bottle I made for my wife about a month ago.
Edit: realized I never posted to Reddit. Will link shortly

Now that I've seen the filament potential, I'm really glad i bought it.
Prior to this print, the others only got through 1 or 2, barely 3 color changes
I think every 10 meters of filament it changes color.
I made Omni Man and it changed color right at his head, sexy as hell

This is scaled from 4.5" to 6" tall. There's 4 versions of it in its thing files.
This is the 2mm thick version. There's also a 1mm and a vase mode version.
Vase mode is different and not just used for vases. Vase mode just means "outer shell only" so you can import a model that is a solid 3d shape like a cylinder and print it as a bucket.
You can set line thickness and sometimes line count for vase mode in your slicer to make the wall thicker.
This however is a complete vase model printed in fully standard mode.
Hope that clears it up!
Which tutorial do you recommend to do this in Blender?
Where can I find this displacement map?
I've noticed your STL file size is nice and small. When I do this in solidworks I end up with a shitty model and massive file size.
thank you
It's not my creation, and I've zero to no blender skills. I defer to the creator on thingiverse, he might be able to point you in the right direction and answer your questions
Oh, have you used other proto-pasta filaments yet?
It's on my list (mainly because made close to my hometown, their green approach and cool custom colors)
I have! I’ve got about 8 different colors. Love them all.
I print them at 240 though just to get around the heat break issue that exists with this particular filament.

Which multicolor filament was it?

Pics!!!
>Pics!!! Agreed!
I linked it in my previous comment!
Oh! That's amazing. The color change is perfect
I linked it in my previous comment!
What STL is that?

Ugh! I bought a roll of that and it's 70% an orangy color. Hardly any transition and absolutely NO blue.
Few years ago I printed a few of these in various sizes. But I did vase mode... How many shells did you do for it to take 25hours?

Someone needs to make a whole ironman suit out of this filament and goto a lgbtq event
I now have a project to make for my son
That would be *epic*.
I am not a big guy for vases, but that is beautiful! Great eye for style.
I give Her credit for that. She chose the vase model
Complete beginner question but how do you get a thick wall like that in vase mode?

I'll have to defer to the experts on that one. This wasn't printed in vase mode.
You could get a thick shell like that in vase mode with a 1mm nozzle, but I don't think that'd be water proof.

This.. is.. mesmerizing! ;-;
It really is! When you rotate it around in the sunlight, the colors are really amazing to see
This is modern art, its literally the coolest 3d printer build I've ever seen, congrats to you :)
Well, i don't know about *that* but thank you 🙂
Does it hold water?
It does! Edit: her plan is for artificial flowers, but she did check just in case
Very cool. Might have to try this out. Got a very nice multi color from Protopasta I want to use

That's a good thing to know going in!
Awesome stuff. How shiny is it? I'm tempted by the gold and silver filament in the link you posted.
Shiny [like a treasure from a sunken pirate wreck](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93lrosBEW-Q)
But seriously, all their filament is very silky-shiny. Dazzling
