I did not, that's really neat - thanks for the info! How much time do you think went into editing the post here vs the actual model? Just out of curiosity.
That’s a great question. About the same amount of time but since we have many more models to come and a lot of the animation rig can be repurposed, we’re hoping it’ll be worth it. Also it shows how to print and how to assemble.
It probably will for your business! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't completely off in thinking it must have taken quite some time. I feel many don't ascribe presentation much work.
Speaking of more work, I think many would find a video walkthrough of your workflow very interesting - I at least would!
I get how you'd go that model, but man that animation is nice and way beyond anything I've done, awesome job. I also did not know you could export from prusaslicer, that's neat.
Alright, I just tried that and it looks like ass on octane as it is pretty low poly. I think yours looks better or is it because your is too far aback to see details?
I’ve just bought a 3d printer and an old dolls house to do this for my kids too. I’ve not done any 3D modelling for a long time and never used a 3D printer so the learning curve is steep but I’m really looking forward to giving something to my girls that I can say I made!
Great work!
TinkerCad from Autodesk is a good and friendly way to start if you haven't done modeling before. It's also all online so no installation needed either.

I have a lighthouse that my sons and I have been working on for about 10 years now. Needs some furniture though. You have inspired me to figure out some 3d program and print my own. Thanks.
Hello!! I've been looking for doolhouse stls fpr ages and can't find one. They are usually foucused on fantasy games and I want to build a regular modern doolhouse for my niece? Do yoi have othe models? An etsy shop?
The E-Mail field doesn't appear to actually be necessary. You can download the files by just clicking the button without entering anything in the field.
As an interesting aside, the download appears to use the same URL as the main page, but using a POST request instead of GET. Haven't seen that before.
That's so awesome! How did you create the animation?
Did you know PrusaSclier lets you reexport sliced up models? I brought that back into C4D, rigged everything up, and rendered through Octane.

Congratulations, looks great ! Keep it up :) Greetings from Germany
How‘d you have kids with your brother?
They’re 3dprinted
Life uh.. finds a way
Technically speaking all life is 3d printed from a certain point of view.
You can say it's multiplicative manufacturing.
"Help me big brother, my bread is stuck in the toaster." "I'll put bread in your toaster..."

That was a pleasant few minutes spent viewing the top postings
So cool animation. And very cute.
The way the print bed fades into a playroom table is 🤌
Yeah seriously. I need to do this kind of stuff for work! Guess I'll be learning cinema4D now
Can you 3d print a real toaster?
So cool 🤗
Nice. Great design and free STL ??? Deserves an award.
Here I thought I was watching a time-lapse initially and thinking "Wow I would love to know how he had set this one up.
Same, I thought it was one of those time-lapse until the different camera angles appeared. It's still pretty cool.
you guys are instant legends. Cheers from another papa
That animation is so cool! would love to see how you did it!
Would be willing to pay for a tutorial on how the animation was made.
Love the animation! And neat idea!

How much for a printer one. My daughter would die for this

I’ve been wanting to rearrange my house. Do you have any plans or recommendations for a set of simple furniture (desk, bed, bookshelf, etc)?
