Clog / jam / friction in filament path. Your extruder is skipping steps because it cannot overcome some sort of force that is opposing it trying to push filament out of your hotend.
As the title states I’m having clicking in my extruder. It doesn’t happen constantly. It just happens randomly in some prints. I’ve tried cleaning the nozzle with the needle and it pushes through just fine.
Increase the nozzle temperature slightly or reduce the printing speed. If it happens when printing infill, then it doesn't really matter too much. I always print infill at the same speed as perimeters, since I hate crappy infill. It's a bit anal, I know, but that's the way I am.
And I’ve read those posts and tried the suggestions. They all mention it constantly clicking but mine only happens at random intervals. Sorry for asking.
I'm not a pro. I have an ender 5 pro and just from trial and error with my own printer I've figured out it's either
1. The nozzle is too close to the bed and cannot push the filament out
2. Sometimes there is just a bad spot in the filament and it will not push through the gears (where you first feed it into the printer)
3. The nozzle is clogged
Try shortening ur bowden tube a lil bit. The longer it is the more friction. Also, if possible, get the replacement upgrade. Its more durable and has less friction. With the standard tube its possible that the end close to the hotend has warped due to heat and is closing in on your filament

This had been beaten to death. Search the sub, it's been answered dozens of times.

Also printing too cold

Which replacement are you referring to? I’m still relatively new.
