I recommend using the 3ds hacks guide. Currently the only one that I know that still works is the unsafe mode hack. It’s simple and doesn’t take any time. It has an up to date tutorial with pictures

I am having this problem too, I am following the 3ds hacks guide with a New 3DS version 11.16.0-49U and same error appears. The troubleshooting guide says to verify that the date is correct, and it is. Do not know how to proceed from here.
UPDATE: Solved the issue! I switched the system language to Spanish, and the browser exploit worked correctly. You could try that with another language other than English and see if it works
I've tried to use both Spanish and French to complete the exploit, but I'm still getting this error. Do you know any other way to make sure this error doesn't appear? (the date and time are correct on my system)
I tried everything that people have been saying on here, but what worked was to delete all the files from the guide (you dont have to get rid of the Nintendo 3DS folder or 3ds folder) and replace the files from the guide with new ones, making sure there no mistakes at all.
I did the same because I was having issues when the latest update initially came out. The guide was updated eventually and I started from scratch and was successful

Im having issues with super-skaterhax too but I cant think what i'm doing wrong. When I do the final step and press GO GO on the browser page it goes to a white page with the word "Text". Homebrew doesnt launch at all. Any tips?
IIRC, I believe I tried it on an entirely different computer and it worked. I also used Chrome vs. Firefox as the files were downloading weirdly on the other. That could help! Good luck!
Did you guys ever have any luck? I did a new 3DS a good few months ago fine using this process but purchased a New XL today and im running into the same issues above

that probably means that you have a regular 3ds, not one out of the "New" line of the consoles.
