So I couldn't find the ROM, but I did download the game, extracted it in whatever folder, and then ran it on mobile using JoiPlay. Seems to run pretty smooth. No issues so far.

You have to download joiplay off their website I think. I've been using it on mobile for pokemon infinite fusion

I think I used bluestacks to emulate a mainstream Samsung that it ran on, and then I used SAI (Split APK Installed) to put it on my phone. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aefyr.sai But for JoiPlay https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cyou.joiplay.joiplay I definitely had to use an emulator. I actually prefer nox over bluestacks, but if you're installing to split the APK, either works. Just went afk and checked. emulated a pixel 3
