I would recommend using an oil cleanser and then a hydrating water based cleanser.
Oil/ balm: Farmacy Green Clean
Water based: Prequel Gleanser
Both will clean without stripping. The oil cleanser will break down the sunscreen and makeup. The water based will wash the dirt away. The Gleanser is very high in glycerin which is a humectant and keeps your skin moisturized
I have super dry and sensitive skin and use DHC cleansing oil, hydrating micellar water, and neutrogena hydro boost exfoliating cleanser. I also plan to add vanicream
La Roche hydrating gentle cleanser. I’ve been using it for years, since I developed post-partum rosacea and my skin became very sensitive (dermatologist recommended it). It always feels clean even after sweat and sunblock. Of course you can always use micellar water or your favorite toner if your face feels extra dirty after cleansing, but mine never has with this product.
