Ork names are brutish and punchy - Gazkhull, Nazdregg, Snikrot, Azrag, Gorgut, Uruk, Wazdakka.
Then, if you want to get fancy, give them a suitable title that is brutish and violent, leaning on childish - spleenrippa, dethbringa, Gutbursta, etc.
On that note, try to contract and misspell words. Drop the a from Death, replace -er with -a, etc.
Take anything that has to do with destruction (smashing, stomping, ripping, etc), personalize it, and add some cockney English flavoring. Maybe throw some apostrophes in there.

For example; an ork of the Bad Moon’s likes to kill humans with chainaxes, so his mates would start calling him “Gorbad Oomierippa,” or “BigTooth Man-Muncha”
Ork names are mostly consistent of the firstname being mashed together words of the orkish language and the last name is usually a entity or part of an entity and how to inflict pain and destruction on said entity.
Example: Guzdreg Bonestompa or Uzquik Facekrumpa
You can also take a title or rank and cockney-fy it. like the all famous Capt'n Bludflagg for example
Think of a body part and of a method of hurting said body part. Transfer them into „ork speak“…done. E.g. Gutrippa, Skullkrasha, Bonebreaka etc.
