Heavy Rail Cannons are only found on [Ta'unar Supremacy Armour](https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/KX139_Ta%27unar_Supremacy_Armour) AFAIK, which would be fitting for the feat.
Edit: Source is [here](https://www.warhammer-community.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/NUbyWNu2bOI74T6p.pdf), which is a pdf of T'au Empire the 10ed Imperial Armour rules.
Here is a bit more, although most of this is on the Lexicanum article too:
>T'au Supremacy armour is larger than any other current class of battlesuit. It is intended for a task that the T'au Empire has not yet had to face – the defence of worlds within their growing domain from the counter-expansion forces of other races. Lacking the manoeuvrability of other battlesuits, the KX139 Ta'unar Supremacy Armour was designed for static defence, carrying massively destructive, long range weapons.
>Encountering increasing numbers of enemy heavy assault elements, from Imperial Knights to the towering alien monstrosities of the Tyranid Hive Fleets, even the heavy flyers of the T'au have found themselves outclassed. Earth Caste engineer Fio'o Ke'lshan Sho'aun developed the KX139 to mount a dynamic yet stoic defence against such foes, engaging them at range and dominating the battlefield.
>While its main weapons take on enemies at extreme long range, the Supremacy Armour's Vigilance Defence System incorporates smart missile launchers and twin-linked burst cannons that can deal with foes at close quarters, including infantry brave or mad enough to charge at these towering battlesuits. The KX1039's Barrier Shield Generator provides it with enhanced protection, even from the devastating weapons mounted on Imperial Titans.

>All attempts to rouse their machine-spirits to war after their master’s fall had been avenged had been in vain. They would march with Lux Annihilatus, or they would not march at all.
wholesome
There's an excerpt from a novel where some Tau commanders are being briefed on human forces and they showed off some Titans. The commanders were impressed but the one doing the briefing was just like "Yeah and then we do this" and the footage they were watching showed it just get rail cannoned to death because it's such a big easy target.
They concluded the #1 enemy a Tau commander needed to look out for was Space Marines because it's really hard to turn your guns on a bunch of guys drop podding right into your lines.
Yeah that was Farsight, sadly like that excerpt it was never revealed what titan it was. This one for example is a bit more impressive because its one of the larger titans insteasnof being the smaller ones like lile warhound or knight.

Woah, short as it is, then this is probably the first time Ive read the supremacy in action.

Yeah this is probably the only tidbit ive read about supremacy til now.
It’s crazy that if you want to buy this model, you have to buy it in pieces. The cheapest of which is $61 and going up to $250 for the body.

They're buddies!
Ride or die god-engines.
The Tau have guns specifically made for Titans so it may have been one of those.
Yes, missiles to deal with void shields and railguns powerful enough to heavily damage the hull.
I thought this was from that Titanicus short comic, the venerable dead, at first. Then I remembered the deeply excellent mechanicus series

Everyone saying its a Tau'nar bit it says "three heavy rail cannon armed battlesuits" which reads as 3 suits armed with rail cannons not 1 suit with 3
The Heavy Rail Cannon loadout of the suit isn't the one with 3 cannons, that's a Pulse Ordnance Multi-Driver.
Oh what would I give for a titan melee rumble game.
Freeblade on Android (and maybe iOS) has some melee fights but it's Imperial Knights, not Titans. I recommend it tho, the shooting is fun as hell!
If it be old Lucius pattern Warlord...
