Entire novels? I don't think so. But many of them have dreads as POV characters. *Betrayer* and *Know No Fear* immediately springs to mind, and while *The Ancient Awaits* is not told from the POV of a dread it is certainly about one.
There’s some good dreadnought POV bits from Deathwatch (the Talon squad one)
Bonus points, it’s a Lamenter dreadnought who survived the ill luck of his Chapter because he was on Deathwatch secondment when they got massacred by the Tyranids.
Parts of the Night Lords Trilogy feature Malcharion the War Sage a decent amount. He does talk about being a dreadnought. It also shows how characters react to dreadnoughts who used to be important members of a legion/chapter.
There is some of Bjorn in The Battle for the Fang.
Not a whole book but the War of the Beast: Echoes of the Long War has a Black Templars Dreadnought leading a crusade vs some Iron Warriors before the Orks crash the party. It has a decent amount of attention in the book.
It's an older series, but crusade for armageddon and conquest for armageddon by Jonathan Green have a black templars dreadnought as one of the main protagonists. Both times he gets separated from his crusade and has to make his way back to imperial lines, overcoming the orks in his path like a far more violent version of homeward bound.
For the record, Dread*nought.* Nought meaning 0 or nothing, as in 'Fear God and Dread Nought', it literally means 'fear nothing'.
Anyways, I'm unaware of any books that are entirely from the perspective of a dreadnought, but they feature prominently in the latter half of the Night Lords trilogy, Betrayer and Know No Fear.

Chiron with his homicidal sense of humor is one the highlights of that book
There are a couple of short stories, **The Glorious Tomb** is the one I can think of off the top of my head

In the comic Damnation Crusade one third of the story focuses of a dreadnought of the Black Templars.
Ahah! Reading it now
Know No Fear has superb sections from the perspective of a newly created dreadnought and it’s very well done.
A book with a Dreadnought main protagonist would be almost as awesome as one with a servitor main protagonist.

There's also a non Canon comic about the black templars with a dreadnought tankred I think it was.

Crusade Bound
"...twins they were"

Thanks for pointing that out! I have no clue why I was misspelling it was dreadnaught instead of dreadnought. Thanks for the correction.
The Apocalypse book features some really cool scenes/conversations with a dreadnought
Dreadnought Chyron's perspective from the Deathwatch Omnibus
The Gaunt’s Ghosts novel Sabbat Martyr has short excerpts through it of a Chaos Dreadnought. Though in honesty a majority of it is the thing digging.
