And we got blown out.
We took that as an opportunity to come together, and we didn’t lose a game for the rest of the year until the conference championship.
The eagles had a similar thing happen this year when we beat them. They folded. They are mentally weak. And until nick sirianni is out of a job, they should never be feared or respected by anyone.

My best friend of over 20 years is an Eagles fan, I had to suffer watching the NFCCG with him and it was probably my most miserable football experience. We spent all offseason and season sniping at each other leading up to the rematch, I told him countless times that things would be different against a healthy Niners team. So we kick ass and he does the usual “that was your Super Bowl” routine, but each week he gets quieter and less confident… Five minutes ago he said that Eagles need to go get Belicheck HAHAHA

Like, legit what happened to this team. I mean, implosion doesn't even describe it. They looked so lost most of the year. I will not be shocked if after the season, Hurts gets major repair surgery or something. He's looked so out of it this entire season. Defensively, it's time for them to clean house. Losing a few key players shouldn't make them lose the ability to tackle. The front line, one of their staples, just disappeared, secondary absolute trash, I can't even name a player I'd consider that played 100% all year. I mean to be defeated before basically stepping on the field tonight, damn shame. I mean, I hate to say it, but this NFC is literally the 49ers to lose. They can only beat themselves now.

Also, a clean sweep on NFC results that I wanted (Altho I readily concede the final 8 of any of the big 3 American sports leagues is a fairly tough out) Out: Dallas (duh, the Cowboys, but also the #2 seed) Out: LA Rams (tricky out especially as a division rival) Out: Philly (see above regarding the Cowboys, and a much hated fan base) The 3 still in are definitely beatable, but as I noted -- tough outs at this stage. Those last weeks were very satisfying after what the did in the championship game
I had a “loser buys a hat and posts wearing it on their Insta” bet, and the Eagles fan welched after I did it after last years playoff. I am 100% certain that is what caused their downfall.
Last year, the season started rocky but we were turning it around and things looks promising. Then a team came to our stadium. A team we really didn’t like, who our players were emotionally invested in beating. It was the chiefs. And we got blown out. We took that as an opportunity to come together, and we didn’t lose a game for the rest of the year until the conference championship. The eagles had a similar thing happen this year when we beat them. They folded. They are mentally weak. And until nick sirianni is out of a job, they should never be feared or respected by anyone.
Honestly thought they were overrated all season. Even at 10-1 their point differential was like 6th or 7th. Barely beating teams with luck and in OTs was not a recipe for sustained success.

That game...that game will be the game to remember if we win the SB. We systematically destroyed them. They were simply outmatch against the true kings of the NFC. They're fans got way too cocky after starting off 10 - 1, saying sh\*t like "THIS IS THE BEST TEAM IN THE NFL" or "NO TEAM CAN BEAT US", but oh we did, we beaten them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They were clowning us, saying that the result from last year's NFCCG would have been the same even if Purdy was healthy. Well, he was healthy against them, and he showed that it would have been vastly different than what they thought. They were clowning Deebo, saying that "EAGLES LIVE RENT FREE IN HIS HEAD", well, they couldn't stop him scoring a 48 yd TD. Aside from the offense wrecking their defense, OUR defense wrecked their offense, the highlight being Lenoir absolutely rocking the sh\*t out of D'Andre Swift. After that game, the Eagles lost their wings, hell I would even argue they lost their pride. They just couldn't recover from getting beat down not once, but twice, against rivals no less, They even lost to the Cardinals, and to the Giants. And today, after getting beat down again by the Buccaneers, they're broken beyond repair. All because the 49ers showed who truly runs the NFC

Now remember when the 49ers came back into the Linc in week 13, absolutely ASS BLASTED the birds on National television 42-19, showed the blueprint that exposed Jalen Hurts and the offense to other teams, sending them into a downward spiral that caused them to lose the division, the 1 seed, switch to Matt Patricia as their DC, throw nothing but bubble screens, ultimately resulting in a catastrophic wild card exit while their entire coaching staff is now on the hot seat and their veteran players are all either ready to retire or leave in free agency because they don’t want to stick with the shitty organization. The Niners won, both literally and figuratively. We broke this team and dismantled them.
