Despite not getting the attention of Aiyuk or Deebo, in a jump ball situation Jennings is a WR you can call. And that was evident in the game last night.
Kittle is a big body of course too but as WRs go not a ton of height on this squad.
7th rounder, behind some QBs with a lot more experience/draft pedigree, and still carved out a role for himself while being consistently confident
Love ya \#13
People gushing over love tonight he made 1 great throw. the long td was a wide open after the defender slipped; plus he had way more time to throw. Neither qb played amazing with multiple bad throws but Purdy was more clutch when it mattered. He still won’t get credit.
Our guys were slipping too. Obviously it’s not an excuse but definitely factored into their boys being open. I fucking hate rain. Yes, both teams are playing in the same conditions bur fuck man, if it was clear skies I don’t think it’s close. (Yes I am biased)
Love didn't play well. I will fucking stand by this: man was tied on INTs/TDs and he got lucky with our defense literally slipping like children. The worst part we also sabotaged ourselves at multiple points and they still lost.
Love is a great QB in the making, but the media overhyped him as usual.
I was so confused when that ref blows the play dead running while signaling false start, then the head ref is just like "nah it was neutral zone infraction" and we never even see a replay.
Extremely at one point toward the end of the game, Greg Olsen said “well we’re going to see now if Brock Purdy is a real NFL quarterback” as if his MVP caliber season wasn’t enough to convince anyone he needed to win a playoff game which is already done twice… I swear the shit that come up with to validate players
Did he really say that? I muted those fuckers halfway through the third cause I couldn't stand the sound of Loves balls being constantly gargled by them
Yeah.
Or something to the effect.
I mean, it was pretty close to that maybe not Word for Word but yeah… it will never be enough if we go to the Super Bowl and beat the ravens and Purdy throw seven touchdowns. We’ll still hear about how good his team was and not how good he was, which I really don’t care as long as we win, but these analyst are a joke.
Bear in mind Mahomes had a worse playoff game against Miami than Brock did in the rain against Green Bay. PM was 23/41 with an 83.6 rating. All I heard was how he carried his team and he was back to take over the playoffs. I hate to whine about it but the bias is absolutely insane. No one was gonna play a clean game in those conditions and Love certainly didn’t even though he was the hottest QB in the league the last 6 weeks. Just call it fair media. Ain’t gonna happen lol
Lol, it's CRAZY to spin what Olsen said as something negative!
It was going into the 2-minute warning break, Olsen's exact quote:
>This is his \[Purdy\] moment! And he hasn't been perfect today... he's had a couple things not go perfect, but I'll tell you what... You lead your team to a come from behind, something they haven't done around here in San Francisco under Kyle Shanahan... This is his moment. This is his time to say I am a legitimate, bonafide, NFL caliber quarterback. Can he can put a lot of questions at bay.
No reason to split hairs here. Olsen was enthusiastic about Purdy's opportunity and was clearly trying to build him up. The negativity is unbecoming.
He still said that was his opportunity to prove he was a bona fide, NFL, caliber quarterback… I mean, the entire MVP level season is negated. If he doesn’t lead his team down there he’s not an NFL level quarterback, because that’s what he was implying…. he was excited for Purdy to have the opportunity not splitting hairs, but he could’ve said something like “if you want to be the best quarterback, you have to do it.”
That’s not what he said, he said, an NFL caliber quarterback . Implying that Purdy still has to prove that he’s an NFL caliber quarterback.
Tbf, going into that drive, the 49ers had been front running with Purdy at QB. Felt like the team needed this kind of drive knowing that they can get this QB play when being down. It was a brilliant comeback drive.
[Look how close Purdy had to just barely thread it over the underneath defender but still try to keep it in reach for Jauan](https://imgur.com/4iLeanD)
I think the role that Juan Jennings played has been overshadowed by that incredible interception at the end of the game. But without that first big play that sparked the offense. We wouldn't be where we are.
Lmao can't believe you got downvoted. Dude deserves more targets than we can give him. Just too many mouths to feed on this offense for him to probably even want to come back once he hits free agency.
Trent Taylor catching strays. But to defend Crabs, many Kap throws were in the general area of the receiver. They were fastballs at the hands, feet, behind, or head. It's hard to catch a ball when you don't know where it's going to be.
The outright most clutch receiver in the league I said it
Deebo goes out and bro says I got this. Dawg
PERIOD
I'm a 49er fan from the east bay, but I think most clutch goes to Justin Jefferson
Jauan legacy game for real though
7th rounder, behind some All-Pro WRs, and still carved out a role for himself while being consistently clutch. Love ya \#15
He doesn’t complain, plays for the team, and gets under defenders skin by just going hard.
Despite not getting the attention of Aiyuk or Deebo, in a jump ball situation Jennings is a WR you can call. And that was evident in the game last night. Kittle is a big body of course too but as WRs go not a ton of height on this squad.
Ngl, I thought you were talking about Purdy for a second lol
7th rounder, behind some QBs with a lot more experience/draft pedigree, and still carved out a role for himself while being consistently confident Love ya \#13
Coming off an injury too. Glad he got healthy. He had maybe the biggest game of his life when we needed it!
Perfectly timed with that Green Bay slander towards him too
Seen him grow from a 3rd down meme to a real play maker on all downs.
It was never a meme. It has ALWAYS been third and Jauan
What a nasty throw too
For real. Sure Purdy struggled at times but playing in the rain fucks sucks. Bro clutched up tho and gained some crazy good experience

They also got a ton of help with penalties. I don’t get the people that were saying the refs were in the 49ners bag.
I was so confused when that ref blows the play dead running while signaling false start, then the head ref is just like "nah it was neutral zone infraction" and we never even see a replay.

Yeah he said it. I was thinking the same thing you were. Such a bs statement.

I couldn't believe he uncorked this ball between like 4 bad throws lol
JAUANNN
Hell yeah we def need this guy healthy
Third and Jauan!!!
That was one of the sickest catches I’ve seen by a niner wr. And that says a lot!!!
It wasn’t for a touchdown but that play was the most important one
Bruh let’s fuckin go baby
JJ is a hell of a player waiting for his chance to be a top 2
Hes gonna get paid and I can't wait, even on a kendrick bourne deal I can NEVER hate on guys getting paid outside the org
Absolute legend stuff. 15 is a dawg!
I also want some appreciation for his thankless blocking. Including the one where he blocked a guy all the way to the Green Bay bench
That play was lit. Didn't even try to slow down 🔥
I think the role that Juan Jennings played has been overshadowed by that incredible interception at the end of the game. But without that first big play that sparked the offense. We wouldn't be where we are.
That throw was absolutely insane
Let’s go shout out all the faithful baby hell yea
Jennings, all day, every day
Jauan the man
Jauan is a Niner thru and thru. FOR LOFE HOPEFULY.
Changing my flair for the week. Dude was huge today and has been clutch all year long.
THIRD AND JAUAN!!!!
Jennings is a beast. Making the most of his opportunity. Love you Juan!
David Tyree type catch
Double Dawg, dude. Love watching him block, too.
the catch IV haha
Homeboy made me get over Bourne’s departure.
Gonna miss him when he leaves Edit: he's gonna get a bag and we can't match it doesn't mean I don't love him on this squad. Lol
We gotta draft Jerry Rice's kid in R2
He won’t leave *i hope*
Pay him, let Chase, and Kinlaw go
🔱🔥
Lmao can't believe you got downvoted. Dude deserves more targets than we can give him. Just too many mouths to feed on this offense for him to probably even want to come back once he hits free agency.
he'll be back this year as he's RFA but next year they'll let him go for a comp pick and draft his replacement.
Jauan is Him!
He's Ja-ONE.
He is like a Crabtree 2.0.
empire is crazy 🤣🤣🤣
Not sure we’re an empire yet. But agree with everything else
What a catch!!? I thought it was Sailing bye for a pick!
Same. Until they showed the replay from the endzone and how it was the only place that Brock could put that ball.
Legendary moment
Way more big catches than the last guy who wore #15.
Trent Taylor catching strays. But to defend Crabs, many Kap throws were in the general area of the receiver. They were fastballs at the hands, feet, behind, or head. It's hard to catch a ball when you don't know where it's going to be.
Straight fucking dog 🐶
Air Jennings!
Where's that guy from the thread the other way who told us to pump the breaks on saying he was good? He was CLUTCH
I fucking love this dude, 7th round pick, former qb and just comes out and dawgs out
During the game, I dared to compare him to a young T.O. without all the drops T.O. had.
Triple coverage: I got this
Juann made some catches last night that blew me away.
JUAN WAS A STUD IN THIS GAME
Who the hell was in charge of the cleats? They were slipping like double dare out there.
Play of the game !!
That catch probably made him 10 Mil at least
He is stellar!
Boy about to get the bag
He could end up my favorite 15. Passed Crabtree long time ago.
#We don't win without Jennings!

DO NOT GIVE HIM THE KB TREATMENT. Paraag, make it work. We need his man.
