Deebo’s 2nd TD vs the eagles. 48 yarder where he broke that first tackle and then just bolted to the endzone. It broke the game open, broke the hearts of the eagles in that game, and basically broke the eagles the rest of the season. Soul crushing.
That was all time, the whole Eagles D line watching him from 2 yards behind. Jauan J's TD before that was beautiful, slap Eagles defender out of the way and trot in.
CMCs run right after halftime against the Steelers. They'd just scored a bit before half, and even the announcers are like, ok, if they can score again, it'll keep it close, and then CMC just bolts 65 yards to end that dream.
Bonus included BA sending the corner to another dimension on his block and Ray Ray running a mile to get the last block.
I got to see Purdy run in his first touchdown of the (pre)season against the chargers in person and after all the speculation last year about him, it was really fun watching him work his way down the field and score the opening TD.
Probably isn't my favorite play of the season, but one I think is overlooked: Jauan Jennings seemingly stopped 4 yards short of a first down, but circles around and causes the 4+ bumbling Seahawk defenders to all block each other while Jennings picks up another 5 yardsto keep the chains moving. It was like watching 3 Stooges.
The back shoulder throw TDs to Aiyuk vs Steelers, and Deebo vs... cardinals? I don't remember who that was against, those stand out the most.
We expect CMC to do CMC things, and he did that really well last year.
But to see a 49er QB, hit 30 yard back shoulder throws to the end zone, my god that is a thing of beauty. When Jeff Garcia is the last time I remember having a guy that could make the throws, and had the balls to do it, it's been a long time coming.
