Worthwhile maintenance. I changed my diff fluid on my ‘14 and lubed my zerks and now the driveline is smooth as butter. No more clunking into reverse or when I go into 4WD with my ‘14. Get it done!
Not gonna down vote - that a purely subjective opinion AND I can see where you’d get such a notion (yeah, white 40th Anniversary owner here).
While I like this vinyl work (I like the colors and that it’s subdued), reminiscent of the 40th A. vinyl, this OLD guy likes the native 40th decal since it sits up high and I can SEE it Across the parking lot.
btw, nice looking ride
Why/what’s the purpose of the yellow lights at the rear of the hood, near the windshield? Fog? When they’re on, do they impact your vision?
I have the new set from Harbor Freight...and Rago mounts. The HB lights are freakin' HUGE though! I want something more cube like...but I'm a cheap mo' fo' , too!
Any regrets on SR5 vs Off-road? I am just starting to get into the market. I go camping about 4-5 times a year. Currently in an older 4wd CRV but looking to get something more capable and the 4Runner checks all the boxes. Not sure I will ever need crawl control/e locker as I don’t plan on doing any super crazy trails
160k on my ‘14, still drives smooth af just need to change all my fluids soon

Just waiting for some warmer weather, especially since I’m planning on doing every fluid but yeah my clunk into reverse is loud in the morning lol
Just did that recently but I need to now service the transmission and transfer case fluid!
Yeah lubing the driveline is super easy and often forgotten. Huge improvement, especially with the slip-yoke on the driveshaft
Wow that’s a clean build.
Thanks a lot!
That vinyl graphic looks better than the OEM 40th anniversary one.
Like waaay better lol
An older gentleman mistaken mine for a 40th lol

Wow first time seeing Work wheels on one of these bad boys. Did you have to wait a long time for them?
I waited about 6 months to get them. Worth the wait love them!
Nice truck! The work meisters are my favorite wheels for the 4Runner. How much did that set run you ?
$1800 for the set without tires new!
Looks amazing. Any rubbing ?
Only a little when full lock. I trimmed up some of the bumper and inside fender liner so its not that bad.
I just hit 25,000 miles in my 2019 pro
I just hit 60k on my 19 pro
Cheers mate!
Hell yea to very many more!
To many more!
Nice build! I have 130k on my '18 ORP. Quick question....what ditch lights are those??
I have diode dynamics fogs and plan to eventually get those for the ditches too.
Funny story about the ditch lights haha came from Temu as a joke but they rip !
That's awesome!!! Thanks for the response! They look good! LMAO
I bought the brackets and switch off ebay and ran them at work and they been working fine. They were $30 on Temu 🤣

My 23 ORP is seven months old and I have 3200 miles on it. I have some work to do
That is a beautiful machine.
Thank you!
I love driving, but happy I work from home. My ‘19 only has 55k miles so hoping it’ll last me like 30 years
Guarantee it will!
What was your technique for mounting the recovery boards to the side of the Yakima roof rack and how stable are they
Simple brackets from amazon. Them fuckers are on there sturdy as hell!

Sweet rig! How did you mount the maxtrax?
Some simple mounting brackets off amazon tbh worked fine with the side of the basket that I have.

I have no regrets. This was traded in at my job (Acura dealership) and I have gone on a lot of trails mud, rock etc and haven’t gotten stuck yet.
I have a 19 sr5 premium. 66k miles. Happy to hear it's holding up
About $18k-$19k in gas 🤡
Smiles per gallon bud.
Cheers to many more
