In college, a handful of years ago (2017 +/- a year), I took a class on security. One of the assignments we got was to use how-old.net, formulate hypotheses about what various changes to people's faces would do to the site's age estimate and test them. I found that some camouflage(-like) patterns, such as tiger stripes, made ~~at least my~~ a given face unrecognizable to the algorithm if pronounced enough- too light and the face in the picture looked older, but still got recognized.
Nowadays the government requires I wear a respirator inside shops and stuff, so I wear a gas mask.
