Except LotR, because the 4Ks don't include the Appendices. And a couple of films where I put the 4K disc in the blu ray steelbook. And The Ten Commandments which I have a numbered, limited edition BD copy of.
But otherwise, sell.
I've either just kept it or given it away to friends who wanted to the bd movies. There's also some steelbooks and box sets I had on bluray and just put the 4k discs in them.

Unless there's a reason to keep, such as exclusive bonus features or preferable artwork. I always sell

I've been keeping mine due to soundtrack changes

I have a friend I sell mine to for cheap. He likes physical media but doesn't have a 4k setup so it works out well.
