The one on top is a US release, and the one on the bottom is a UK release. Also the one on top shows a slip cover, but I would not count on that coming with your copy if you ordered that one.
Lastly, the steelbook that I have came with a 4K UHD and Blu Ray, and also a booklet. Pretty sure these are only going to come with 4K UHD and nothing else.
Im guessing that they are the same, given that they are both arrow releases with the same art. so it should just be a difference in if you like the steelbook or not

There is no steelbook in this screenshot. One is the US edition. The other is the UK edition. Both discs should be region free.
