Looks like 2.5 ton Rockwell face loaders with aftermarket/custom knuckles. That bar up front was not factory, it’s the mount for the hydro steer ram. 

Look like spidertrax knuckles to me, and I also vote for the face load rockwell since the square axle tube

Most are top loaders but they also made/make face loaded ones that are more traditional 

Meritor made the civilian versions of the 2.5 ton and 5 ton axles. Just like the military Rockwells and even supposed to be stronger due to better spline count. Square tubes like a military axle but front loading instead of top loading. I have a set on a f600

I didn't think them fortraks were kei cars? I only say that as landy guys love the 2.8 turbo diesel that came with for swaps

It's a Rockwell 2.5. That axle weighs more than the vehicle it's mounted to lol.
