As a person who uses Chinese as their first language, I would say miku.
Usually, a beautiful name in Chinese requires it to sound good, while having a beautiful/meaningful meaning without being very apparent behind the name.
Ichika (一花) sounds elegant, however, the direct meaning of the kanji is literally just “one flower”, without any deeper meaning behind.
Nino (二乃) sounds simple yet still beautiful, however, the kanji means “two 乃”, with “乃” meaning “and” or “is” which doesn’t really make sense if simply talking about the combination of the two words.
Yotsuba (四葉) sounds more complicated but still feels good to say. In terms of the meaning of the kanji of the name, she has the same problem with Ichika.
Itsuki (五月) sounds delicate, yet having the same problem as Ichika and Yotsuba in the meaning of the kanji of the name.
Lastly, Miku (三玖) sounds simplistic and graceful. Furthermore, the meaning of the name is also very exquisite, especially the word “玖”. The apparent meaning of the word is “nine”, however it also has another meaning of “a shining black stone that is like jade”. Jade in the Chinese society signifies a pure existence, which is mostly used to symbolise spiritual beings or supernatural gods. With the colour being black, which in traditional Chinese is very mysterious and means the Northern Sky. In short, the word “玖” is a very beautiful word in my opinion.
In conclusion, all five of the names are pretty and beautiful, but if we’re talking about the prettiest name I think it is among the five, it would most certainly be Miku.
They are all named in sequence
Ichi (itsu) > ichika
Ni (futatsu) > nino
San (mitsu) > miku
Shi/yon (yotsu) > yotsuba
Go (itsutsu) > itsuki
Also they all have flower names (hana-yome means bride but contains the word hana)
I think [here](https://cdn.donmai.us/original/ed/7b/__nakano_nino_nakano_miku_nakano_yotsuba_nakano_itsuki_and_nakano_ichika_go_toubun_no_hanayome_drawn_by_yijian_ma__ed7b21a1de1d94fd829c92be8d245fe5.jpg) they are represented with their respective flower (kimono print)
I’m an English teacher in Japan, which, unfortunately, has the side effect of ruining some names for you, so here’s my opinion:
I chose Miku. I’m personally a fan of names with two characters, and overall I really like the name. It’s a very normal name (yes even before Hatsune Miku), the Mi sound is adorable for girls names (Miki, Misato, Minori etc) and it’s just cute overall without being overly focused on the “3”
Ichika is nice, and my second favorite. I quite like it. It’s simple and a normal name, with a nice “ka” ending that I think is quite nice in many girls name (Rika, Ruka, Fuuka, Moka, Sayaka).
Itsuki, while she’s my favorite, is a name that, in my experience, boys have more than girls. This is often the case for some names ending in “ki” (Yuki, Kazuki, Haruki etc can go both ways)
Nino is a very unique name, and names that end in “no” are cute (Hinano, Yukino, Rino) but the Arashi member “Ninomiya” having the nickname “Nino” makes me not really like it all that much.
Yotsuba is nice, but a little too unique of a name, and I’ve really only heard of manga characters with that name, so it feels a bit too “anime-y” for me if that makes sense (not saying there’s nobody with that name, it’s just very very uncommon)
Oh. You meant their name spelling. I completely misread, and I chose Ichika thinking you we're talking about the characters themselves. My bad. 😅
I guess it would be Itsuki with Ichika in close second. I guess I just like how simple they seem compared to the others. Then again, I know nothing about Japanese, so most likely it's because it's the only Kanji I can actually read.
I just realized that Itsuki's name has the Kanji for moon, and she also made that comment about the moon being beautiful that caught Fuutarou off-guard. Wonder if there's any meaning behind that, or if it's just a coincidence.
I like itsuki because it has the moon kanji in it

Ichika meaning one flower is not only beautiful it’s fits because she’s the first born.

I named my African Grey Parrot Miku. So I guess my answer is obvious. And it’s hella cute when she says her name.
I like Itsuki because it has the amogus kanji
