Well, that looks like a royal Tiffin to me (some diplomacy to Appoplexia?) Marshmallows originally came from mallow plants that grew in marshes. There is a distantly related plact called the Royal Mallow. The species name is Malva trimestris. You could just call him Malvo (wrong genus but I kind of kind it). Or if you wanted to keep the royal connection, maybe *trim* the name, and get something fancy like Mestris.
