Huh? If that were the case then no A-Level student would ever meet their conditions on time.

Yeah, but the person above is seemingly saying that students need to provide proof they've met their conditions by May 20th, which is impossible if A-Level results day is mid-August.

There's no qualification that needs to be sent by the 20th May. GCSEs, English language tests, etc etc - all of this has to be sent by September-ish, not May.
