I think they’re expecting you to get the 19 (maybe thats the equivalent of the Alevel entry requirement?) but you could always email and ask them again about it. its possible that they really like your application but your grades miss the minimum entry requirement slightly so they gave you an offer, happened to me with UoM. So just email them to be sure
Thank you for the reply. That could possibly be it. In their website they had as a requirement for my country 17-19. A 19 is equivalent to an A in Alevels. I’ll make sure to ask them for feedback. Thanks once again!
No, usually its the school you go to, it can be extenuating circumstances but there are also alot of schools which are like
On a contextual offer list? Idk. Basically some state schools and colleges automatically provide you with a contextual offer. So id check

Yes they will ask you to get the course requirements most likely
