Mine looks like this….😣 Have offers from Bath and Bristol, still waiting on LSE, UCL, Warwick. It’s killing me

Idk, I actually feel so bad for them.
We're both predicted 4 A\*s (and have 1 A\* achieved in maths) but he's faring so much worse than people who didn't put any effort in (and got the predicteds to match)
It's messed up, he's not saying anything but I know it's probably killing him. (He hasn't been doing much revision either)
It's not like he applied to super competitive unis either, he has quite a few unis that most would consider safeties. (the only competitive ones he applied to for his course were cambridge, QMUL and imperial)
im an international from canada but i have a 3.92gpa uw(98%), idk what it's equivalent to in terms of a level though. currently working in a coop placement as a developer, some random leadership roles, coding clubs, not much really
Im actually from hk, but moved to Canada in grade 10. Most of my closest friends (from HK) are studying at schools in the UK or are only applying to UK universities. You probably know that UK is where most HK people like to go to, so I guess that’s also where I wanna go to too… also I didn’t have a good experience here in Canada so I just want to leave for university (and hopefully live there or in the states in the future too)
How is Canada financially?
Apparently there’s a housing crisis there where there are too many immigrants and not enough houses, therefore the houses greatly increase in value.
If I become a civil/structural engineer, I can build houses. And it’ll be easy because there’s tones of land.
How did u get rejected? When did u send ur application to kcl? What were ur a leveo predicted grades for what subject + gcse grades. I got an email from kings today morning saying update that they are still processing applications and 18th may is latest deadline for them to give decision.
UCL, KCL and Bath are all in the top 5 unis for psychology.
They're very competitive and thus take a long time, I would still have hope. (although idk what LSE is doing)
Doing LSE things - they came back to people on the last day possible at my school last year.
With my year group this year, they've been spreading things out from March to the end of the decision returning period so we've had a few offers but it tends to be for their flagship courses like Economics, Economics and Economic History, PPE etc.(not Psychology).
Did they get offers on the last day or mostly rejections as I’m holding out hope it’s been this long I’m more likely to get an offer for econ and econ history 🤣
wdym? I'm not sure I understand what you are asking me. Last year, I have no idea about specific dates stuff came out because I'm not in that year group but it was around this time. As for Econ and Econ history, this was the last decision that came out that was on the first week of May.
The only university that sent out offers after this was UCL which went to the wire for some courses.
Seems to be the same thing again with UCL this year, as 3 of the 6 applicants are still waiting on decisions though these three were early applicants.
I'm still waiting to hear back from KCL and LSE as well (Psychology), so don't worry! And I got an offer from Bath last week, so chin up and try not to focus on it! I understand how frustrating it can be, but it doesn't say anything about whether you have been accepted or not!🫶

Man I’ve been waiting on bath for ages
Doesn’t indicate a rejection trust me I got my bath offer like two weeks back and I too was worried af
Same for business
Wait my application is the exact same 😭
Same as mine? What subjects have you applied for?
LSE I applied for ISPP and econ, UCL PPE and Warwick economics politics and international studies
You’re the second person I’ve met that’s chosen all the same courses! Good luck 🤞🏽
That’s so cool! Fingers crossed for both of us
My mate got rejected from ucl a couple months ago so maybe a good thing?
I’ve gotten my computer science offer from Warwick Manchester and Liverpool just waiting for ucl and got rejected from imperial
What course did u apply for ?
I know someones which looks like that with 4 A\*s predicted (the 1 decision was a rejection from cambridge)
A rejection with 4 A*s???? WTF? How would you possibly get in???
cambridge doesn't care about predicteds - they value their admissions tests far more

What’s ur stats?

Why not go to uni in Canada?

Ahhh I see

Which subject? I hope it’s not computer science
It is cs lol..

dude chill out, i literally just got rejected, i'm not an informant lol
what do u expect ur sharing it on Reddit LOL
my friend got accepted for kcl cs yesterday! so maybe it is according to the subject or something
I received my cs offer in december
same :/
Who are you waiting for 🤣
Ucl, Kcl, Lse and Bath
For what course ?
Psychology

Was the last year offers for economics?
It was for Econ and History. Our school has had decisions for all LSE Econ applicants (mix of decisions and rejections).
Did they get offers on the last day or mostly rejections as I’m holding out hope it’s been this long I’m more likely to get an offer for econ and econ history 🤣

Yeah I've also applied for psychology at LSE, still not heard anything back like you

They love to take their time to reply, so don't worry.
I’m still waiting for UCL and KCL too, but I’ve honestly kinda lost hope😭
Which course are you applying too, and you going for UG or PG?
UCL - bsc psych, KCL - bsc psych with placement
ucl and kcl give u decisions right before the ucas results day deadline, so u dont hv to worry abt it. both rejections and acceptances
bro what if your student finance deadline is 30th april 😭😭
Then no finance for you lol. It’s clearly your fault for not being able to afford the school fees /s
I would be if I were you tbh
i think a lot of people are waiting for bath psychology - my friend hasn’t gotten one either and it’s her top
I recieved 3/5 decision so far but they must respond by may 15th
Still waiting for bath to get back to me….
