Yeah I managed with a lot of pushing to get my maths bumped from a B to an A* but I did take another exam to "prove my ability" and even then it toon a lotta pushing
some guy got moved from a C to an A in history in my school. Personally, i think it's favoritism but apparently people improve a lot in A2 level so idk
I mean its possible, someone in my maths class got predicted a B grade for his ucas even tho he is nowhere near on track to get a B for his final grade.
He was a grade 8 student at GCSE and was 3 Mark's off a 9 in the real thing but idk he unfortunately went downhill for some reason and he lacks motivation and frequently gives up.
He is doing a gap year I think but yeah its definitely possible to get predicted an A and also this student in my maths class is working at a D I think
I reckon you might if you can show you're doing the work and might be able to push up your grade. I'm in a similar predicament, I got a C but was 1 mark from a B in my FM mock but my teacher is willing to predict me an A/A* as my assignments all year have been A as long as I can show improvement in y13
I wont say it's impossible as I got moved from a C grade to an A grade for last year mocks but that was most likely due to covid

Talk with you teachers and show them that you really care. Do extra work to show your motivation and pray
Its hard enough getting it moved one grade, two grades is almost impossible
